Clean store, great product, but most importantly above and beyond service.

I went in today (9/16) with no joy because my phone had recently broken. Ridge and Mathew assisted me in purchasing my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. They were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They had great customer service and I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could.

I went yesterday to upgrade my phone and the rep called Bruce was the only one in the store helping everyone. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He worked and acknowledged everyone as they walked in. Nobody left upset. He has a professional demeanor and was great to work with. It’s been a long time since I have seen such excellent service. AT&T needs to do better with staffing. Bruce thank you so much, you were great!

I came into the store to get a phone activated. Matt helped me and i ended up being upsold and sent on my way. Had to come back the next day to get everything fixed and Mr. Bruce was there to assist me. He was professional and courteous and honestly wish he helped me from the start. Not only did he solve my issue, he also helped me set up my galaxy watch as well. The company needs more employees like him. 10 out of 10 will only come back because of him.

Bruce did an amazing job. On top of helping me he was helping 4 other customers with an assortment of issues at the same time. He also made sure everyone was taken care of before they left.

Wonderful experience. Matthew Abernathy, and yes I asked for his full name, was the most helpful person! I got me new IPhone with all of my stuff transferred in no time. It was the smoothest process I have ever witnessed and I can only imagine the chaos if I had tried to do it myself! I will be returning here!

My husband and I went to this store to look for an Apple Watch. Not knowing much about the watch we wanted to purchase, we were amazed at the customer service we received from Matthew and his assistant Bruce. Matthew was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process in great detail answering all our questions and made several suggestions that helped us choose the right plan for us and showed us how we could take advantage of current AT&T promotions to save money.

The environment was great! Staff was super pleasant and Matt made adding a new line a total breeze. I'll be driving out of my way just to go to this store from now on!

I would like to say that the employees at the villa rica ga location were extremely helpful and kind and were immediately eager to help the minute I walked in.

Best AT&T store I’ve been to. They were incredibly patient with my two year old son who was running around. While waiting to get my phone switched over they were welcoming and friendly.

My sister and I went in because her phone was dead that was a straight talk. Taylor waited on us and was very patient and understanding for my sister and I do not understand everything about the phones. She answered questions, and if she did not know Jordan came over and walked her through it, explained. They seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help. My sister was able to get a phone and Taylor was able to get the old one to charge which would not do for us. I was so grateful for the support we received. I got a new phone plan and Taylor and Jordan was able to save me
Money on my plan. A 5 stars for patience, being thorough, answering questions, and serving the public with a great attitude. Thankyou Taylor and Jordan.

Thank you to the young lady, Taylor in your Villa Rica store for her help in getting me set up with my new phone. She was knowledgeable, explained everything very well and she answered every question I had. She was a joy to work with. A very pleasant experience.

Very polite staff. They did not carry the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra s-pen I needed.

The reps in this store, David E Johnson and Jasmine Naomi Holman, went above and beyond to help an old lady who didn’t have a clue what she needed. I have never been treated so well when I’m sure they could have just given up. I felt so guilty for taking so much of their time, but they were so great and helpful. Please give them a bonus just for having to put up with me.

Very friendly, but did not sell the s pen for my phone. Told me you have to order those online.

Brandon Adams is phenomenal! We have been having trouble with the AT&T app & website for the past month & the AT&T customer care line has done nothing for us. I went into the store & Brandon happily spent a solid hour figuring out the issue for me. Everything is working perfectly now & I'm so thankful for his time & knowledge in solving the issue. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any phone store. Our salesman, Brandon, went above and beyond to get us the best deals on our phones, plan, and accessories we purchased in the store. We also had the manager available, as the store was slow, who helped with additional questions and between the both of them, they spent additional time finding us the absolute best amount they could discount on everything. I was shocked at how much we had to pay to have everything we needed so quickly. I was expecting to spend much more and be in the store much longer. But I highly suggest anyone in the area to go to this AT&T store for their wireless needs, even if it’s a little further than your closest store. We had the absolute worst experience at the AT&T store on Highway 5 in Douglasville, and I stress that you should avoid the Highway 5 store at all costs! You can tell that the employees at this Villa Rica location actually care about doing their best work and leaving their customers satisfied!!!! Thank y’all again!!!

I accidentally installed malware on my phone, and I couldn't get it off. Bruce was able to get it deleted in about 10 minutes. Thanks, Bruce. I really appreciate the help.

Bruce helping me with my problem he contacted Christina for me would call me back and I think I've got my problem handle but Bruce did a good job and looking after me.

Saw Bruce today and was a great help got everything I needed and more. Will see him ever time I need help.
