Panera Bread

This Panera location has good, nice comfort food. I was so excited on my last visit... they brought back the Cuban sandwich after 6 years roughly? This Panera is cozy, has quick service and is consistent with the Panera brand- you're getting what you expect from favorite menu items. There aren't a whole lot of outlets, so if you're looking to study, come earlier before a breakfast or lunch rush.

I saw another reviewer complained about the crumbs on tables. I think it's from such a high turnover of tables- when someone gets up, someone is waiting for the table. But, that could be improved. On my last visit, there was a nice employee taking each patron's finished plates, which was a nice unexpected surprise.

They have new tea and drink options too by the water/soda station. There was a whole new setup with about 6 different flavor and infused teas. They also had a few new dessert/meal options for fall- including the delicious Autumn Squash soup! Yum!

In all, Panera is delish. This location resembles any other location, which is good for brand recognition. Food is enjoyable and that's all that really matters.

Food is always tasty. Today my mom picked up our order and forgot to see if they included my drink. It wasn’t included so I went back to pick it up. I didn’t get her name, but the pink haired lady behind the food prep area was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to make me 2 drinks to make up for our inconvenience. She was so sweet!

The food was delicious, and the service was welcoming. The room temperature was perfect.

I come here often on my lunch break and they are always super nice and the food never disappoints. <3

A Christmas party before Tour of Homes. Enjoying Bagels and creamcheese and visiting with close friends.

So I went to get caught up on some work I just needed a change of environment and Mollie was so attentive once I was seated she came by asked if I needed anything then not much later she came back making sure I was having a great dining experience. The entire Staff here are very nice and create a very comfortable dining experience, they remember tour name and make you feel like family keep up the great work guys!!

The customer service was great and so was the food. I highly recommend this location. I had a wonderful experience.

Today I went in as soon as they opened to purchase 2 buckets of bagels for the Tuesday half off special. The manager, Pierre, waited on me and could not have been more professional or pleasant. He said their bagel cutter was currently not cutting unevenly, so he sliced 26 bagels for me by hand and with a smile on his face. What a stand out he is, when customer service skills are so lacking in other establishments. I will definitely be back & will spread the word. I hope corporate sees this and can recognize him in a meaningful way. Fantastic service!

Although it's a chain restaurant it was clean, tasty and friendly. They aren't breaking the mold but they also aren't ruining it.

Will visit again for predictable yet appetizing food.

I don't know what they did, but the staff and service went up! I come here frequently now. We had problems before with rude staff but this Panera was closed for a while and said they were retraining their staff. I don't know what they did, but it works. I recommend trying the Thai soup and the Chipotle Avocado melt. Really delicious combo!

My experiences at Panera Bread in Peachtree City have always been great. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The food is clean and good. I recently received a order that was slightly off because of my miscommunication. They apologized and made me a new sandwich ( I had brought a half sandwich, they made a whole sandwich ). Thanks to Justin (manager ), staff and other fine managers and staff at this great location.

Food was delicious, manager is very attentive to her employees. She was aware of the customers waiting outside for pick up and the ones in the restaurant. Her team worked together well and they stayed on top of things. Thanks for the great service and food.

Visited this location on a cold March day and had an unusually warm experience with the kind woman working the front. She was so professional and genuine she brightened our day. The food was great and the location was clean.

Taj was so nice. He helped decide with excellent product knowledge. He knew exactly what was on every sandwich and salad. It was a bonus to also let us know about the 99 cents sweet treat. Coming back for sure. This restaurant was so clean and well stocked.

Ordered the Ten Vegetable Soup. Well seasoned and hearty. Also ordered the Chipotle, avocado, smoked chicken sandwich (I think that's what it's called☺). It was also flavorful and hearty. Place was clean and workers were courteous and efficient.

I ordered on the Panera App. I had my brother pick up the order since I'm sick. When he got home there was only half the order. I've been in hold with them for over 5minutes now to correct the issue. I will not go back.

EDIT: Way to go Panera! But my big thanks have to go to Larissa, who, through the power of social media, was able to find me at work today to apologize. I'm very amazed and love the love showed to me. I will totally be going back to my favorite lunch spot.

I came in late last night for a loaf of whole wheat bread however they didn't have any. The associate told me that country, rye, or whole grain would be the closest. So I agreed upon whole grain. I ended up with rye though and that next morning I called in to tell them the situation. Lori the manager was very apologetic and helpful. It wasn't anything that upset me however she offered me free breakfast and new bread. She ended up letting me keep the rye (which my grandmother likes), and gave me new bread, and a refund on my money. I highly recommend going to this Panera. The employees are kind and service is exceptional.

Me and a friend drove from Union City to get some Panera Bread. We walked in Panera Bread 1 minute after closing. The Manager (I am assuming) allowed us to at least get some soup. He was very friendly and nice. We had never been to this location, but will surely come back for great service. (Even though we wanted some Broccoli Cheddar Soup and 1/2 Sandwich...LOL). We were VERY grateful.

The food is delicious!! A little pricey but worth it! And the employee Taj who has served me the past couple of days is delightful! Always greets you with a smile and is willing and very patient with any questions you have!!

The Pick 2 with Chicken White & Wild Rice Soup and a fresh Napa Chicken Salad sandwich is my favorite. The service is always pleasant and when I place my online order, I love that my order is there waiting on me when I arrive to pick it up!
