The Manager has no professional skills.She doenot know how to address the public.I have returned ALL merchandise because she yelled at me

Every year I have to contact the home office to have the grass cut in the alley way also the dumpster is near my home and I and my husband have to maintain & pick up trash left by workers. When brought to the manager she just ignores our request.
