This is the only place to get high quality smoked sausage and Tasso. There are flavors for everyone! Their Mild smoked, Green Onion, and Boudin are phenomenal! Who am I kidding?! Everything is phenomenal. I always have to stop on my way through Louisiana. The quality of their sausage is unmatched. They also are back to carrying Hubig's Pies! Nom nom nom!

I Love this Home Town Market. It may look small but it is Super to me. The best Pork Chops, pig tail and my favorite the Sausage. They have a WHOLE lot more. Go see for yourself. Worth every penny.

Best Aundouille Anywhere. I grew up on this and cannot cook without it. I have been going there since the early 1960. Always made a trip there after All Saints day travel to the Cemetery and stopped in to stock up on pork sausage, stuffed pork chops, boudin (red and white), Hogs head cheese and Aundouille. It would last until summer and we would track back to stock up again.

The butcher is fantastic. The smoked sausage is the best I've ever had. Bonus: they were selling lunch plates of jambalaya and pastalaya when I got there.

It's great to come home and buy some of the best meats in South Louisiana.
