Just moved to the area and found this gem of a place! Reasonable prices and the staff is extremely helpful. I would rather spend my money at a small town hardware store than a big box retailer any day!

This place is great to have in the neighborhood. They carry all the things necessary to get the job done without going to a big-box store . Helpful staff, well organized, always polite.

Always a great place to shop. Have what I need and it's easy to find. But if I need help, there is always someone ready to assist me.

Extraordinary! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. When you get tired of being a number instead of a person at big box stores that offer over priced poor quality products come see these fine folks. You'll find everything you need that is excellent quality and more.

Great staff, you cannot walk in there without someone asking if you need help. A store that still has that home town feeling.

One of my favorite things to do when I go to a small town is to stop in to the local own hardware stores. This is a great old hardware store with both old classic tools to new led lights. A wide selecting of everything from tools, to hardware, to screw of all sizes to farm resources and much more. Clearly it had been in business for several generations and the employees have the wisdom to match. Make sure to stop in if you are in town.

Very nice hardware store in Saint Pauls. We were in need of a new rake and searched google. Glad we found this one, we will be back. Had a good selection of things we will need in the future for a decent price.

pretty pricey but I guess that's due to having the only parts store in town. Always friendly and ready to help you. Had to get a lawmower serviced and they had it fix like new for me!!

I have been a patron of this place for over 20 years. They seem to have everything you need and if they don’t have it they will get it for you. I recommend this place the staff is professional and helpful.

When my Dad Amos Tolson was alive he had an a count with them for years, and he never had a problem with them. When he passed,I went in and had my name put on the account. We had no problems with them doing that. Everyone was and still is today. I had my sister name added on. And now my sons name is added on . We are a good home town, we're people are very friendly.

Great hardware store with a large selection of supplies. Very knowledgeable staff ready and willing to assist you.

Got everything i needed to fix my plumbing, They fill Propane Tanks here great prices and fast service, They also sell chainsaws and other stuff

This place plays a huge role in my child hood but the employees of today could use a slightly more friendly demeanor. Don't look like you can't wait for people to go away.

McColl's is more than a hardware store. It's like an old time general store. I might have to go somewhere else for groceries but McColl's takes it from there: cook pots, all manner of kitchen stuff, propane tanks and fittings and everything for canning, then everything I would need to maintain or repair the kitchen and the house around it. . . inside and out.
Out back they've got a shed where they store bags of cement and mortar as well as all kinds of garden products and the equipment to thread black pipe and inside every other kind of pipe and fitting you could imagine.
You can get your paint mixed there and find that one bolt or fitting or cork or what have you from rows of bins or shelves or cubbies. You can buy an ounce of seed, three feet of wire, 8 screws or one lock washer if you want or high quality power and hand tools.
I've gone in there time and time again with plumbing or electrical problems and they always figure it out.
They've got a full selection of garden tools and supplies, power landscaping tools, plumbing, electrical, paint, plaster, carpentry, fasteners, cutting, welding, pet, chain, rope, angle iron, threaded rod, cleaning, lighting, key cutting, and all kinds of quirky unusual things you'd never expect.
The stores been there for decades and they've expanded left and right so that it actually fills 4 store fronts and when you walk in you don't have to chase down a sales person like at the big box stores. Here they always have plenty of help on hand, they know what they're doing, they like getting things figured out and will take the time they need to do that.
I'm new to town. I've only been using the store for a couple of years, but the only thing I need to go to the big box stores for is lumber. And if McColl's doesn't have something I need they get it in within a few days.
This place is a real plus for Saint Pauls and a joy to wander around it. I go there for fun half the time.

A real small town hardware store. These are getting hard to find. Great selection at reasonable prices. Definitely beats driving to a big box store.
