I am handicapped. The people at the store opened the door for me before I got there. they were very thoughtful and professional. The young lady who was working there at the time got me a chair to sit in while they got the supplies I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend and would definitely be going back there again.

Very helpful****. I didn't realize all the fuses a keep has. And how one little fuse can mess with your vehicle. What I thought was my starter was my relay switch so instead of them talking me into buying a starter I got a $7 part a relay switch they were very kind about helping me.

#1 in my case I have had some many reasons to get part's and they are the best

I always go here to buy things for my vehicle. The staff is always very helpful & their prices are cheaper than going anywhere else. I have also had to order parts from them before & they have always been in stock & I've never had to wait longer than 2 days to receive them😁👍

Every time I've needed help the staff has always been knowledgeable and willing to help. They're great at helping you out and if they don't know the answers to your questions they have no problems sending you to someone who does.

Had my windshield wipers changed. They had no problem putting them on for me and discussing the different benefits of different blades. Would reccomend this particular auto zone 10/10

Derrick the manager was helpful and I called early this morning to ask if he had an item he made sure that it was delivered from the Mounds road store and it was delivered promptly when he said he'd be here about 10:30 11:00 thank you very much Derek and thank you very much everyone at #0626 for getting me my OBD scanner on time

Nice clean store with friendly and helpful employees. Great selection of automotive parts, accessories and supplies. They also carry small engine products as well. Great customer service. Support your local businesses especially those on the west side of the city!!

Oh man there's a guy there that is tremendous help I forget his name, but good job bub!!! By the way, hi remembered his name it's a white guy named Chris. The black guy named Chris is knolageable too, but the younger one knows my truck prettywell!!

The guys are always helpful and knowledgable especially the guys on Rable ave in anderson. I have never felt talked down too which happens more than you would think. I also like anywhere that gives rewards like auto zone dose.

Thursday March 25th around 8:00PM or 9:00PMCame here to get a chevrolet Camaro Keychain, and some interior, and engine bay cleaning supplies. The shift leader went out of his way to find me everything I was looking for. I might of been passed over somewhere else, but this staff went out of their way to give me every piece of advise they could possibly give. Even speaking with them outside as he came back to let me know where he could find items I was looking for. Very helpful, and friendly staff. They keep it clean, and friendly. And 100% about making the customer happy. 5 star store in my personal opinion.
