As soon as I walked in and started looking around, Carly and another sweet worker immediately asked me what I was looking for. I was looking for a red dress, and they pulled every single red dress or jumpsuit in the store for me to try on. I didn’t end up finding anything that fit well, but Carly offered to order me one last dress from online to try. I was very thankful for their kindness and helpfulness, and I will be back!

Great experience!!! I am always greeted when entering the store! I’m assisted quickly with sizing, recommendations and coloring matching. I’ve been a Loft customer for over 10 years and visited other stores the Flagship in NYC and Phoenix, Arizona, Norman , Ok, OkC, Ok., and hands down it doesn’t compare to the Edmond Store. Prior to COVID I was offered water as I shopped. I love the quality of the clothing, the way it feels on my body and how my signature pieces have lasted 5+ years, I’ve purchased shoes online and great buys. I love the way a blue will always match another Blue at Loft. Consistency, Creativity, Classy!!! The team is awesome!! Kudos to the manager who goes above and beyond for customers. You can’t go wrong with Loft!! I’m looking for adult, causal and business casual clothing and Loft never fails. I’ve never been treated poorly no matter what I’m wearing or how I look!! Stopped by last night with my mother right after I got off work, which was 45 minutes before the store closed. I was looking to get at least a blazer and a pair of pants. I was planning on being in & out. I work retail, so I was not going to be that person staying past close. Todd greeted us & turns out, they were having a 75% off sale. Todd pulled lots of things for me to try & I walked out with five pairs of pants, 3 blouses, a sweater, a blazer, & a partridge in a pear tree. We left a little after close... (sorry!) but Todd & the other associate working were delightful during my whole visit.

I've never shopped at a Loft store so first time customer and wow... Great sales. Excellent service as well. I opened a Loft credit card my first trip so definitely will be back.

After all day all over the OKC metro, we ended up at Loft in Edmond, and my 14yo daughter finally found exactly what she was looking for, and the employees were very nice! 👏👏

Very nice boutique with helpful staff

The staff don't really interact much with customers. I started going to Loft because one staff member was very good at making sure the customer had clothes that fit.
In the last 6 months, the only time the staff interacts with me is at the register. I mean one staff was restocking and wouldn't even acknowledge me. I am not a fan of shopper stalkers but at least wish me a good day. The only reason I go there is when something I know I like is on sale.

awful management. witnessed an older manager berate multiple what looked like teenagers working there. same manager (think the name was cherry/sherry) was so passive aggressive with me as a customer and made comments about my appearance. she called me a beluga. never had such awful service in my life, get new management. ive heard things about this store and now i know its true.

Poor customer service. Sales people/cashier's rude, didn't know how to take care of refund. Hateful, dirty looks. Also didn't tell us that it cost $25 for their rewards card that was only good til Nov 2018. Why do you have to pay to get rewards? Then after all that issue, we bought a dress and asked for rewards, then they told us we had to spend $100 each time to get rewards discount. All a scam...
