The UPS Store

I average about once every six weeks going to the UPS store. Everything time I go to this store, the service is always fast! Store reps are knowledgeable in all aspects of business. Easy in/easy out!

The team today made my day! I have a tooth infection, I feel awful but needed to return stuff on my day off. Antoinette and her crew of Devin, Jeremiah and Taylor were AWESOME. Friendly, fast, and went out of their way to help me...I will gladly drive out of my way to come to this location!

Let me just start by saying Steven in the reviews clearly knows nothing about notaries. They have to keep record of the TITLE of the document. They legally have to. Everytime I’ve been in this store quite a few times and it has been nothing but fantastic. The employees always are super nice and helpful. I hate when Karen’s and male versions of Karen’s try to give places a bad review because they were wrong or didn’t get their way. The store is clean and organized always. The employees are quick with what you need them to do and again very informative if you have any questions. I recommend the Arlington UPS store to everyone I speak with about relatable needs.

Needed some documents notarized before leaving on deployment. Heidi was very kind and made sure I was ok with my Power of Attorney documents. She made sure I had everything I needed signed correctly. I have used her twice now and highly recommend Heidi and The Arlington UPS Store.

I feel so relieved because I thought my package had been stolen. That wasn’t the case at all it was a simple misunderstanding. I want to say thank you and my apologies to the young lady cashier that shipped my package and also thanks Tammy for handling my issue with patience and kindness ! The employees are always so patient with me and helpful whenever I need to get a digital fingerprinting done (been here thrice!). Kenny helped me out today and he was so lovely! This will always be my go-to spot for IdentoGO services.

Patrick provided friendly service that went over and beyond my expectations. He helped me with processing my payment and even opened the door as I exited the store. I will be returning to this UPS store just because of the excellent customer service experience.
