Luxury Nails

Perfect example of excellent customer service. I got off work late and called to see what time they closed. The lady on the phone said 7pm. It was 6pm when I called expecting that the be the end of the conversation the lady on the phone then asked if I wanted to get my nails down. I told her yes but I’m not going to arrive until 6:30pm. She informed me that I could still come. When I got there I was immediately serviced. I received a pedicure and a fill-in. While the lady worked on my feet, another lady worked on my nails. The services weren’t rushed and they talked to me the entire time I was there. In the end I was completely pleased and satisfied with my nails and toes and completely grateful at how kind they treated me! I will definitely come back the next time I’m traveling in Memphis! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and excellent quality work!

Fantastic! Very personable. They actually listen to what you want and then go above and beyond to achieve it. Worth every penny.

I moved to Arlington a year ago. I have tried two other places and this place, Luxury Nails, is by far the best. I love how they treat me - it is definitely my happy place I regularly and eagerly visit. I highly recommend them!!

Kim and her staff have always treated me and my family like her own family. (She even celebrated my aunts birthday for us with desserts and treats!) We are so thankful for her and her nail shop!! MiMi always does the BEST with my nails, because I am so picky & Lim does beautiful designs on nails! Cindy does wonderful massages too! Such a great place!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ❤❤❤

They are wonderful with children. My girls love getting their nails done & everyone that works here is so patient & willing to give them exactly what they want (no matter how difficult or detailed). They make it a great experience for two little girls (ages 5 & 9).

I am new to the Arlington area and tried several salons before I found Luxury Nails. I really like this place. It is big enough to handle a reasonable number of customers and small enough to be so friendly and family like. It is very clean and the quality of their services is also top notch. (I’ve had gel nails and eyebrow wax). Their prices are reasonable too. Kim, the owner is as charming and kind as they come. I’ve found my nail salon!!!!

Kim, the owner, always makes you feel so welcome, like family! Good quality technicians, clean salon, love the Christmas colors!!! The red Kim chose for me looks like Ruby Slippers! The perfect amount of adult sparkle!!

The facilities were clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and service was good and timely. The sugar scrub on my legs was a little excessive especially on one leg, but overall we had a good experience for our mani/pedi, and will try them again in the near future.

By far one of the best nail salons in the Arlington TN area. I have been to a couple around the area and got over charged and didnt even like the results of my nails but this place is special. Amazing service and amazing nail work. They take their time to make sure your needs and wants our met. I met the owners who went out of their way to make sure me and my sister we’re taken care of. And the prices were amazing too. Highly recommend.
