AT&T Store

Loved every minute I had to spend in the store (which was several because I never delete anything off my phone 🙈). All three guys were amazing and have excellent customer service skills. Shoutout to Dalton and Josh who were the main ones assisting us with my upgrade. My husband and I both enjoyed their company and the atmosphere. It’s like the Hilton or Marriott of AT&T stores. These guys know the business and should train every AT&T store to operate as they do. Kudos guys! You rocked it yesterday!!!

We went in to upgrade my wife's phone for her birthday. Usually, I find this experience as enjoyable as getting a root canal, so I was rather apprehensive. To add insult to injury, a young associate was asked to help us. I was preparing for the worst...

I couldn't have been more wrong. Mason was great to work with. He (along with Michael) presented all their promotions and answered all our questions. These associates have such a great sense of humor - We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience.

The long and short of it: We came in for one phone. We left with three new phones, a watch, and all the accessories (cases, screen protectors, charging blocks, and grips/stands). I will be back to this store for any of my phone needs.

Customer service was fabulous from start to finish. Extremely thorough and went out of their way to make sure we were very satisfied and understood all the options. Noticed the staff interacting with each other and I was impressed with the respect and teamwork they displayed. Witnessed the owner building up his staff and that says so much! Wonderful experience!

Just got 3 new phones in under 30 minutes! Jenna was so sweet and helpful! We were able to get 2 new iphones for free with the trade in and $350 back for the other one! She was just so sweet and helpful and got us in and out so quick! We’ve never had such a painless experience at any other AT&T!!!

Chris, Michael, and Juliet were all very helpful and kind. They all have a great sense of humor and it seems like a great place to work. They are all knowledgeable and made the process quick and easy. I had a really positive experience in this phone store which surprised me because most phone stores are incredibly unpleasant. :-)

This AT&T store is incredible! I came in to switch my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T at a hectic time. The store manager and reps was balancing customers. Then, jonathan was so great; he helped me get an iPhone, IPad, and Apple Watch and saved me money! Jonathan was delightful to work with, so when you come to this store, ask for him or his team. He was Great!

James is my go to guy for my AT&T needs. I have been following him to any store he goes to since he was a new hire in Oakland to when he became a manager at his store. He’s patient, kind, and understanding. Come by here and see him for your next purchase!

First off let me just say this store is the best. I used to use the one in Covington they weren’t nice and the one in millington didn’t want my money ARLINGTON STORE IS WHERE ITS AT. My mom and I stopped in Friday at about almost 5 to upgrade her phone and the staff was amazing shared some laughs with them I will now give my money and time to AT&T in Arlington for now on

James saved the day! After switching to AT&T online, the SIMs we received were not working and I was unable to resolve the issue online, over the phone, or at another AT&T location. Thankfully, I stopped by the AT&T store in Arlington where James was able to fully resolve all of our issues in a friendly, patient, and professional manner. This is the place to go for all of your wireless, television, and internet needs. Skip the online process and stop by to see these folks. You'll be glad you did!

I visited the Att store in Arlington today and I was absolutely impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Jame! He was very knowledgeable and very hands on help me get set up on FirstNet which saved me a great deal on money for first responders.Att should be extremely Proud to have a representative like James! James take a bow! You did a great job!

James is a LITERAL ANGEL! Easiest and quickest experience ever. He saved me an entire day of waiting at the Apple Store and was super helpful and informative about issues with my account. I can’t thank him enough.

I am so happy Arlington has an AT&T store. I just transferred two S10 to S23+ in record time. Juliet gave us exceptional service. Keep it up!!!

Had a great experience with getting the answers I needed to a problem with my bill. James got me the answers I needed & helped me find a new case for my phone as well. So happy not to have to drive all the way into Memphis for help!

Service was quick and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying again. Everyone one was so helpful. This will definitely be the At&T location I visit from now on.

Went to this store tonight and as we walked in…we stood stood in front of an employee who ignored us for about 10 seconds. He kept texting and playing on his phone while we were standing there with his head down. When my wife finally got his attention and told him that she broke her phone, he looked at her with a blank stare and then smugly asked her why she did that…. He then kept looking at his watch and telling us that he wasn’t going to help us…because “they aren’t a corporate store”, and I’d have to go to wolfchase. Didn’t want to put a claim in…didn’t want to replace it…didn’t try to sell us anything to fix our problem…just wanted to go home. I don’t know what going on in the world today with hired help. You work in customer service…yet you treat the customer like an inconvenience. Lousy service…and it just opened.
