I don’t leave reviews often, but I just had to! The customer service that Chelle and Lazhontae bring to this business is unparalleled!! Every time i come in here I have a good time, I feel safe, and LOVE how knowledgeable the staff is. I highly recommend A&E to everyone!!!

Natasha and Hayden are both fabulous people who are very well informed about the products carried in their store and how to best serve their customers with a smile and welcoming environment. I was just stopping in to poke around and Chelle, the only staff there at the time, was an absolute angel. She was so kind and fun to talk to. She pointed out some cool stuff that she thought may interest me, and also gave some other suggestions that were really fantastic. She deserves so much recognition for how wonderful her work and attitude is. There was another gentleman who worked there that came in soon before I left, and he was also very kind and informative as he interacted with some other customers. The store is pristine, the staff is outstanding, and the quality of products there is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend a friend to visit there

Absolutely amazing experience with the guys in the store. They made me and my husband feel so welcome and comfortable and got him to break out of his shell. They are very well educated! Will definitely make the drive back anytime we have needs!

when in here completely nervous and walked out with multiple items, the lady was very helpful and so kind! i went from uncomfortable to willing to send money that i never thought i would!! definitely coming back :)) (the lady that helped has was a young nice black lady just thought she should get some recondition cause i don’t remember her name)

I went in there last night not knowing what I was looking for only to buy the best thing ever. 5 stars all the way the new sales lady they had at there store last night was super helpful and kind. She let me look at a lot of the products out of box to see there real size. She made some extremely good suggestions that I am definitely going to go back for as soon as I get paid.

Absolutely loved our experience here! The guy who helped us ( I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) Was extreamly friendly and knowledgeable. This store also has items that aren't usually carried else where. Wish they were closer to us so we could visit more often.

Pat, the hiring manager, was so helpful and understanding- you see, I was having an awful day and I’m embarrassed to say, I was being rude to say the least. He was so professional and positive that I left with a smile, despite my days personal challenges . TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!

Joshua was so helpful and insanely knowledgeable about the products. We loved talking to him and shopping. We will come back ♥

First off: BIG GIRLS REJOICE!!! -- They have so many awesome lingerie options and items that will fit plus size women up to size 28-30 / 3XL!! They also had lingerie items for men as well in many sizes. I saw so many items that catered to all body types. It was so refreshing and considerate of our demographic. You fellas with plush vixens at home should give this place a look to treat your queen right!!!

But in all seriousness, I absolutely love this store and their future plans for its expansion as well. It really was refreshing in comparison to other adult stores I have visited in the past and it's clear the owners take a lot of pride in the atmosphere they provide as much as they do the products they sell. It's such an odd thing to say, but... I wish every adult toy store took a page out of their book.

Their emphasis on lifestyle and using the products safely and consciously, their knowledge of the companies and merchandise they sell and their investment they make with each customer that walks through those doors... it was all so impressive. You can tell they care about people and about the work they do and what it means to their customers.

They host tons of variety to suit sooooo many interests and pleasures on so many levels... and yet there is absolutely no sense of shame or judgement in any of it. They want you to be comfortable asking questions and getting answers... and it shows. Nothing about this place comes off as creepy or overbearing. It is incredibly positive.

I intend to tell everyone I know about this store and I hope it's owners prosper!

The staff is welcoming, funny and informative without being intrusive.
The Google photos for this store to not do it justice. They have a wide variety of adult toys, lingerie, lubes and leather gear. Very LGBTQ friendly with a variety of products such as, video head cleaner & nail polish remover..... Stuff other adult stores do not carry.

Great store. Staff is helpful but not pushy..checked on you but didn't hover. Lots of products to choose from.
REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE. We will be back.
