I love this place they are always so nice and helpful. A lot of the negative reviews are stating issues like slow wait times, please understand that all Pharmacies are understaffed and there aren’t enough pharmacy technicians. Even though this pharmacy is stretched so thin, they have always had great customer service. Love this place.

Pharmacy gets mine and my families' medicines ready on time! The staff are friendly and hard workers. They go out of their way to say hello and are helpful. I'm thankful for my neighborhood CVS!

Been using this CVS as my pharmacy since they’ve opened. They’ve been good and very easy to pick medicines up. Only thing is the drive through takes a very long time if there are 3 or more cars there.

Cvs in Savannah lakes is awesome and I love everytime I walk in I'm greeted. It doesn't matter what they doing they will greet you. And I used to go to sienna plantation cvs pharmacist and that was the worst customer service I ever experienced. But this cvs I told them what happened and the head pharmacist took care of the rest. Thank you CVS 🙏🏾😊❤

“BENCHMARK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOUSTON”!

Excellent store! Customer service from staff is super helpful, friendly and detail oriented.

During my visit today, the cashier noticed a defect with a particular product and went the extra mile to walk through the store to personally bring several possible substitutes to the counter.

This kind of rare customer service should serve as the benchmark for other businesses in Houston, Pearland, and the surrounding area.

Just wanted to thank the pharmacist that helped me with my issue this morning of taking my meds twice by mistake
She was very gracious and walked me through what to do and what reactions I might have
