My ancient phone had problems and I was sure I was looking at the replacement I've been putting off. The incredible GLADIS solved the problem in less than three minutes! This is the second time the knowledgible, skilled and customer oriented folks at this location have helped me out. Can't say enough good things about them and I WILL be replacing my phone soon. Switched from AT&T to Cricket today. Liam was great in getting us swapped over. One of our phones required many updates before we could get everything switched, and he patiently waited and was very knowledgeable. I've been dreading the process of switching - he made it seamless and we had some great conversation along the way

This store is fantastic. Very helpful and really nice. They really go above and beyond to help customers. Unfortunately, none of the other stores, online, or by phone customer service people are ANYWHERE close to being descent. I might not have left their company if everyone was as good as these guys.

Awesome people, they go the extra mile inorder to help us. They are very young and very respectful, you obvisously can tell they know what they are doing. 10/10 would come back instead of the store on 2nd st(bad experience).
