UPDATE: 9/17 - I’m going back to 5 star. After their response I went back today. I really appreciated having the chance to speak with them directly. They fixed the pricing confusion and have a great selection. I am staying a regular customer.

I’ve been going to this place for the last four years. I am a veteran and also the type of person that likes to buy the top shelf for treatment. Today I went in for my usual order.

I got some story, from a new worker there that I didn’t know About the previous management not charging people correctly and how they can’t split orders up any longer and why the prices listed now were for medical patients on some but not on the others and yada yada.

I really used to like this place. I left there today feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.

This is a very well organized shop with a large selection of products. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and greet you as you walk in the door. The prices are some of the best I have seen. I enjoy stopping at these shops when I am on the road. This one ranks up there with my favorites.

Very nice people here . Very helpful. I purchased three clones from them this spring and super happy with them. Very healthy plants. I would send pics but not sure how to do it here.

The atmosphere is professional and helpful while not overbearing, the tenders are knowledgeable and friendly.

That said the selection and overall sales space are a little limited. However the business is setup to do well with being tucked into the edge of the comercial space they have available.
