Today was a great day for me at Big Lots. Thanks to your most helpful, patient and knowledgeable employees you have working for you. I mean everyone of whom i had to assist me knew where and what i was inquiring about in terms of the items i was shopping for. The cashiers knew how to handle special requests and if they weren't sure they knew who to call for help and got the job done. When i walked out that store i was quite impressed. So a very special "Thank You To All Your Beautiful Employees" for making my day today. I found all the items i went there for and the price was right plus i had a coupon to receive $5.00 off $15.00 or $15.00 off $75.00 or more purchase. I always find what I need plus more at Big Lots! I am disappointed that they don't carry cards and gift wrap.

9/17/2021 @ 1:00pm McCart store. The young lady at the cashier register was very friendly and helpful. Haven't had that kind of service in a long time from any store. I was pleasantly pleased and will shop here in the future.

I visited this store twice and have great customer service. The store is busy and getting through the line can be worrisome. The cashiers that I encounter always apologize and states they are working on getting more people trained. Appreciate that feedback. Prices are good but inventory can be low in the furniture section. Best to go to website. Will come again.

Big Lots friendly & knowledgeable staff can direct you effortlessly throughout the store. Their shelves are well stocked with a variety of products including goods from Italy. They have a large welcoming parking lot that's well lit in the evening so please don't hesitate to check them out.

This is the best Big Lots in the city. The staff is so polite and helpful. The cashiers are knowledgeable about item located throughout the store. I love going to the McCart BL Store.

Without a doubt, one of my favorite places to shop. You never know what you might find and the prices, in my opinion, are pretty reasonable. I also like the fact that they carry a bit of everything.

This place was very clean. Excellent service and quick attention. A young lady accidently shattered a glass lamp, they quickly cleaned it up. No harsh words were said, no residue was left behind. Great job!

Store in Burleson was out of stock on a few things and I went to this location & my new friend "D" was so easy going and I was helped by one of the nicest people I've come accross in many years . A speaker of words when you hear her voice is true comfortable and I knew I was in the company of a person who can be called my friend, and I was not able to say "my friend" for a very long time. Awesome lady, and I am really glad God arranged for me to cross paths with one another as we journey through this world
