It was my first time and it was awesome.

Elizabeth helped me today and I really appreciated her knowledge of what the store offers. I’m no longer on this side of town, but was in the area and needed some coffee which happened to be on sale.

I accidentally grabbed the whole bean and was going to ask to exchange it. She mentioned they have a coffee grinder we can use for free to grind the coffee. I took her up on it. It was very easy to use.

I’ve been helped by this specific associate several times and today I really needed the extra kindness she offered. Thank you Elizabeth for being so helpful!

I really like this store. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I buy natural meds for my pets there. They have a great selection of supplements and organic foods. Their packaged nuts are cheaper than the local grocery stores. I recommend this store.

It's a smaller store but has a lot of great vegan options and fresh produce. The employees were so nice and helpful. They saw I was having a problem finding an item and came over to help me. They also saw me loading my car at the front with my groceries and came out to help me which is above and beyond but very appreciated!

I feel healthier by just walking into the store. Expect lots of vitamin isles, plant based options, and cleanliness. It does smell a bit like patchouli in there though.

Best customer service around! Associates on the floor to assist and multiple staff upfront to check you out. VERY knowledgeable about their store, and are passionate! I knew absolutely nothing about what I needed. By the time I left, I had exactly what I was looking for! I'm embarrassed to say that I have never shopped there before. I absolutely will go back! Congratulations Natural Grocers on a superbly, trained and passionate crew!

The prices aren't high at all and the selection is great! They pretty much have everything you need for dinner every night. The staff are always so kind and helpful.

This is my first time going here. I loved how I could just take my time. And wasn't asked questions by any workers. I was able to take how ever long I needed. And the checkout lady was super nice. And you could tell she really tried to put a little light in everyone's day.

A great little neighborhood grocery store. The prices are inline with other health food stores in the city. The produce is seasonal and fresh. The beer selection is local and pretty fresh too. The staff is one of the selling points of this store. They have always been helpful and friendly.

The ladies working here are very kind and helpful! They knew immediately where I needed to go for Celtics salt!

Staff is always kind, never have I came in without a ‘hello’ or ‘are you finding everything okay?” One of the managers stocking merchandise even shared background info about the history which I enjoyed :)
I find this place better value, pricing, discounts/weekly sales over Green Acres and Sprouts. Their vitamin/body wellness selection is very thorough. One of the biggest compliments I have for them is their efforts to discontinue daily plastic waste. Come with a shopping tote.
