We went in this morning for a couple of new phones and 2 replacement sims, Jackie was who helped us. She was extremely polite & well educated on all the questions that we had. Definitely an employee who deserves praise. She was a delight.

There was no wait and the girl that helped me immediately came out to help me pay my bill. First, cricket I've ever been to that I got decent help. I wish I would have got her name she was a small Hispanic girl and so kind, great hire 👍

Jasmine at this location was patient and pleasant to work with. This is going to be my go to store from this point on for my cell phone service. I was going to the location on 44th and May and usually had a bad experience. I'm just happy i found a better store.

Came into this Cricket retailer because of a very bad experience with a cricket retailer in Lawton Oklahoma it was like night and day this particular retailer in Oklahoma city was courteous kind and very helpful the young man that took care of my wife and I was top-notch and the young lady that work there also would recommend them to anybody who's looking for good for self service
