Lo bueno cuesta caro

We put an order in for several Hats and we called to inform that we where on out way and Alejandra answered Rudly. Stated the Hats where not in and that it was NOT HER PROBLEM! Not sure why should could give us a real answer or try solving the problem. We finally arrived and the Hats where not in this store but had been send to the wrong store. We came across Alejandra and asked her why she had been so Rude and again she answered very Rudly and uneducated. I dont see why anyone should have to deal with someone like her so if you come by dont try coming across her.

Way too expensive

Pésimo servicio bueno cuando estaba comprando todo me ofrecían y buscaban tallas e incluso fuera de la tienda pero cuando regrese a cambiar botas y ropa yo tuve que buscar la ropa y botas y me dijeron que no tenían esa talla ahí ya no fueron a la bodega ni me buscaron otras me dijeron que no tenían de esa talla a menos que unas de gamuza que no eran de mi gusto yo fui a buscar en exhibición y si tenían lo cuál quiere decir que para cambiar no están tan dispuestas como para vender sentí como si estuviera limosneando siendo que estoy pagando y debería ser el mismo trato cómo para vender como para cambiar la mercancía 🤬

La razón por qué le estoy dando una estrella es porque tengo desde 10,20am son las 11,45 AM y no abren tengo que recojer algo nadie párese a abrir 😡😡
