Skylar M. Is a phenomenal worker with great customer service. He is very knowledgeable of the business, helpful, polite & attentive. He clearly loves his career there & goes above & beyond. The store was very clean & you can tell he is a great leader. I appreciate him & will definitely be back! He has definitely restored my faith in excellent customer service. He is going to go far in this company I hope and should definitely be appreciated & recognized for his hard work. Thanks skylar for changing the narrative & going above and beyond to help me. The cashier was amazing as well. They definitely have great team work.

I love this 7eleven location. The cashier's who work in the morning go above and beyond to help people and we definitely notice as the customers. Keep up the good work. 👍👏

Fountain drinks are syrupy

I came in to grab and energy drink + protein bars and as I’m waiting in line, a female employee came out from the back and assisted an older customer waiting to pay for gas. As the dilemma unfolded, I personally realized the customer could not speak nor understand english - your gas station tenant got frustrated and began raising her voice & making absurd hand motions after she realized she couldn’t understand some of your pumps were out of service. As I was leaving, the tenant eventually walked the lady out to the pump and quickly walked back in - I am unsure if the dilemma was solved properly afterwards since I had left. As a fellow service industry employee, this genuinely upset me and I wish I spoke up for that poor lady. Language barriers are difficult to overcome however, there is no need for hostility and yelling - the dilemma needed understanding and compassion. I don’t expect anything to come from this review but I do hope someone sees the kind of people they’re hiring and could offer some revised training.
