We were here on Black Friday looking for a laptop. Good prices and very knowledgeable people who help us.

These folks help with our Make-A-Wish shopping spree that I was one with one of my wish kiddos!! They were so attentive, so kind, so patient and so lovely with our team! I can’t say enough wonderful things!!

There is definitely times I feel I have to look around for an employee, but I never see any employees sitting around or on their phones so I usually chalk it up to they are understaffed! Besides that I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this best buy. The only reason I have a total membership was because of how well they sold me on it! Definitely recommend.

Daniel was just wonderful! We came in with the intention on buying a cell phone and he took care of us, immediately. We were in and out within 15 to 20 minutes. Got exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier!

I looked all over the internet and Best Buy had the best deal. But here's the kicker... They also had curbside delivery, which meant that instead of waiting for days or weeks to get my external hard drive, in 45 minutes I drove over to their store, parked in the parking lot, and someone brought me my new drive. This was one of the most satisfying experiences that I can remember. Also I'm happy to support my local store so that I can continue to give service of this sort. Very happy with my experience. We came to replace our decades old fridge. We were helped by Remi, and we couldn't have been in better hands! He was extremely patient and was knowledgeable about the products. We settled on the Black Friday sale Samsung fridge that was much cheaper than the exact same one from their competitor store. We are so pleased with the price, product, and service!!

These people have always been able to keep up with all my technology serial numbers and accounts their electronics are state-of-the-art The geek squad squad or one of the most intelligent people that are hiring I wouldn't trust any other electronics store but these people.

The workers here are always ready to help. When they don't know something, they look it up or go and find someone to answer any questions you have. They are really good at returns, and their geek squad is very good at their job!
