Allsup's Convenience Store

I am in a Wheelchair and it is very important to me that people are nice when I ask for help pumping gas. Even though it Was pouring rain. Brianna came out and was very nice and helpful. Thank you very much. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely come here for gas.

We stopped to get gas, first under the guise of a misleading sign... 🙄 but husband pumped it anyway rather then backtrack.. no receipt at pump, so he went inside to get one. Older lady behind counter, backed up, working her tail off, so husband went to the young girl who had her face buried in her phone and politely asked for a receipt for pump 5 , since it was out of paper.. she rolled her eyes, gave a heavy sigh and got him what he asked for.. he wished her a nice day and left.. to THAT individual, so sorry you had to be inconvenienced to look up from your phone to do the job you get paid for! Have a nice day!

Needs a good cleaning. I won’t go in unless I have too!

I dont know if you should be smoking at the gas pumps if you work here especially around customers this is horrible you should know better that cigarette can wait the signs on the pumps says no smoking and she acted like mind your business it is my business when you are at my gas pump with my family in it

The girl behind the register was very rude to rhe man in front of us. His price on an item was marked 1.99 and rang up 2.99. Clerk said she couldn't do nothing about it. Management's job. I think the store has a lack of management, and the clerk needs a lesson in customer service. Bathrooms were filthy with toilet roll sitting on the floor and no paper towels. Will not stop in here again.

The most disgusting convenience store I’ve ever been to in my life. It always stinks and it’s so dirty. The employees are always rude and act like it’s a bother to check someone out (don’t even think about asking for a bag).

This store hasn't been maintained after the new wore off quickly. Dirty all over! Nasty restrooms. I had no other option but to get enough gas to get me to my destination. Can't clean my windshield. No water in their squeegee containers. For 10 years, nothing about this place improves.

I don't what is going at this Allsup's Shell Gas Station I was try to fill up but they had the pump turn off and they has a sign on the front door saying they don't Open till 12pm I had never a issue with a Shell Gas Station before. I don't know if they are short handed or something. But this store has alot of bad reviews plus a maintenance man also told me go fill up at never buy gas Station.

I stopped here passing through Graham and never will again. Clerk was very rude when I asked for food from the hotbox. Apparently those three steps from the register to the cheese sticks was an unacceptable expectation. Terrible customer service.
