I missed an earlier appointment due to visiting with my mother. Called to apologize and hoped to get another appointment. All at the dealership were very helpful. Heidi is always helpful. They worked me in that afternoon and completed the service rapidly.

I normally NEVER leave reviews but I have had the BEST experience with Holiday Buick GMC in my hometown, Lawton Spindle especially needs to be bragged on he is awesome , made purchasing a car from this dealership so easy , locked myself out of my car and he came to help and he continues to help me with scheduling car details and oil changes. Please go see him if you are in need of a new vehicle I promise he will help you!!!

Just drove in experiencing battery or alternator problems and Heidi called a technician right over. Diagnostics were run, the problem of the bad battery was relayed to me and a new battery was installed - all within 30 minutes! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with!

I have changed my 1 star to 5 stars as the dealership did in the end do a great job. The manager had said he would call if he got another handicap accessible vehicle to sell. He did get a vehicle and because of the mix-up he was willing to have the vehicle brought to me for me to see and check it out. We made arrangements and I completed the purchase of this vehicle. Erik Seeley the manager did a great job with follow thru and keep all his promises. Mike House took care of all the paperwork in a friendly and efficient manner.

This dealership is not to be trusted. They lie about availability of vehicle. I used the dealers online chat to check on a particular car and was told her information showed it still available (I provided the stock number - she sent picture to confirm talking about correct car). She said that a salesperson would confirm availability and send me an email. I received an email from Jona Reddell stating the vehicle was available, she sent the email at 6:03 pm on 9/20/2022. So I drive the 100 miles to dealership on 9/21/2022 getting there at 11 am. The manager said the vehicle had been sold over a week ago. He did buy me 4 gallons of gas and apologized for my 5 hours of inconvenience. He also made excuses for his business poor performance, said he was new and was working on fixing issues. As my wife said as we drove away "would they have told the truth if I had called before starting the drive?"

9/23/0222 - UPDATING - as someone from dealer has responded to my review and does not include an apology for the poor service and more of a "I don't believe we did this". They say please contact but do not provide a person to contact - really? And to top it off I got an email today that was sent from the dealer's salesperson Jona Reddell at 2:39 pm with a picture of the car I wanted to buy and asked if I was still interested. Does not look like whoever reads and responds to reviews knows what is actually going on. If they really wanted to discuss what happened, they have my phone number and email address.
At least the car has been removed from their online inventory, so I know they at least took some action to correct the situation.
