I've been here a few times and they always seem to have what I needed. Fully stocked and amazing customer service. I always get the help that I needed, it saves me a lot of time. They're my go-to store whenever I have a project.

Had what I needed. Double-check their inventory for me and load the salt into my car. Oh yes, their price is competitive. One really asks for much more.

The people there are helpful, and the store has all kinds of odds and ends things, as well as the normal hardware store materials like screws, ex.. They are not bad on price either

I have visited several times and will continue to visit. They are always helpful, kind and knows their products. I think they have a great team. Really enjoy seeing the Boss (she is sooooo sweet) when l go. The team always answers my questions and gives great recommendations when asked. Thankful they are in the area. Each visit is AWESOME!!! Great local hardware store jam packed with all the stuff you need and then some. No need to tell to the big box stores on the other side of town, because Petty's probably has it. Often, they have it when other places don't.

Excellent customer service, and they have everything you could ever need.
More bolts, nuts, and washers then the big box stores, and they will find or get you whatever you need.
I personally needed a specific sized washer based on caliper measurements, and they had more than what I needed IN STOCK.
DEFINITELY going here before the blue or orange large stores in MWC. 🤘

Absolutely great small town hardware store!!! They have everything. Even propane. Even help fix the screen in your screen door.(you know…the one your dog tried to jump thru). And the prices are equal to if not lower than large hardware stores. The people are friendly and they know their stuff.

Great little location. They have several items that I couldn't find at Lowe's in Shawnee. Plumbing etc.. You'd be amazed at their inventory. Prices were excellent. Very friendly staff.

Always helpful and friendly, knowledge about any number of things and products. I prefer them to the larger stores.

We got the items that we need. The staff always welcomes us to their business as we walk in. They always ask if we need help finding anything...
The give accounts to people for their businesses and projects... and help out as much as possible.
They appreciate Military Veterans and says so... Because they thanked me when they found out that I was a Disabled Marine Combat Vet.

This store is amazing. It's in a tiny building with a giant selection. No matter what hardware need i have, they always have the solution. Propane bottles refilled, screens re-screened, chainsaw blades custom built and sharpened, specialty lawnmower blades.

Usually have what I'm looking for or can order 👌

I've never walked into here and heard the words we don't have it. As soon as you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. Which is very helpful considering everytime I come in it's for something I need so yes I appreciate how quick you can get in and out! I would highly recommend this hardware store!

Hidden gem! Traditional “old school” hardware store, just like you wish you had! Friendly, knowledgeable, lots of items you won’t find at big box stores…

Love this place they have just about everything you can think of I got more stuff in this little store than Lowe’s or Home Depot does as far as parts

I go here for all my riding lawn mower parts. They have a variety of selection of other hardware products too. Tools, plumping, pool cleaning supplies, chains, sand blasting stuff, etc etc I'm not actually sure their full extent, but it's sure worth your call/visit to find out. They've beat every other person on prices for things I needed. Got moles or flys they have products to help rid your home/yard of them. Bird feed..... Go check them out. Super friendly staff who's always willing to help get you what you need. :) :)
