Amazing running store! I only wish I started coming here when I moved three years ago instead of other running stores.

Staff is very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and enthusiastic!

They have everything you need from nutrition, to footwear, electronics, and clothing!

Military friendly too. Loving my new Garmin!

I wish I could give them 100 stars! Best shoe shopping experience in my life. Actually, maybe the best shopping experience ever! Both guys in the shop were inviting, upbeat, respectful, and knowledgeable; I really don’t know how to describe it, they just want you to find the perfect shoes for your feet and activity. These dudes know there stuff too, just by watching you walk around for minute. Mark brought out 3 suggestions to start and the 2nd and 3rd pair were amazing! First time in my life to actually find shoes that didn’t rub this particular spot on my feet, who knew the style could make a difference 😂. They were not pushy about sales at all either. You have to go try this place! I also picked up Marks book (Momentum) and it has been a great read!

I called ahead looking for a specific shoe. When I arrived, Mark already had the shoe out, and was very informative and helpful. He actually tried to gently nudge me *away* from additional purchases of running gummies and shoe inserts, but didn't press when I was set on them, and I ran the OKC Memorial 5k two days later and it was an excellent experience (except for all the running) but the shoe performed great!

Great service with a good selection of the good stuff. They have all of the running gear you would need with cool workout and recovery gadgets as well. They have great clearance specials too.; I picked up my son a pair of Asics for $25.

I went to see if they could help me find a good shoe for my feet and that is exactly what they did. The information they have on what a shoe does and what is good and not is crazy. So glad I went there and that I am able to support locally. Can't wait for my shoes to come in.

I have never had a better retail experience in my life. Asking questions on how they feel, to how I like the shoes, to finding the correct pair to fit me, first had me walking to just see how I step and move to then bring out a couple options, afterwards made sure I found my perfect fit, I have never imagined buying shoes to be enjoyable until now, and I can only imagine going here from now on, thanks to Kyle they earned a customer for life.

Supremely knowledgeable, friendly, kind. Mark checked my gait, asked if there were other conditions, and helped me find the shoe that fits, and works with me. They have a treadmill to test, and have a 30 day guarantee on the shoes, to ensure satisfaction. Also, they let my doggo come in with me. Went to OK Runner for the first time and the staff were amazing! Mark helped me get fitted for a new pair of running shoes for my training and (hopefully) completion of my first marathon in April. He is very knowledgeable, but at the same time listened to what I had to say about each shoe I was trying on. Will definitely be going back for all of my running gear needs.

I have been a runner off and on for many years. I’ve done my fair share of traveling and tried many different stores. I’ve been used to stores trying to up sell me after getting the shoes. It’s very annoying.

Okrunner in downtown OKC did everything but that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I left with a purchase and hope to join their training groups soon. I will definitely be back.

I was helped by an incredibly professional sales associate named Mark. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me find the right shoe for my needs.

Usually I just buy a running shoe based on aesthetics and general feel, but after measuring my arches and watching my run stride, Mark found a good selection of shoes that would meet my needs.

He was patient in helping me and dedicated to making sure I was happy with my purchase. His passion for the sport and making it accessible was evident and much appreciated!

Great service provided at the OKC location. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They carry a nice selection of the most popular shoes and are happy to order my less popular brand. They have a no hassle return policy, but I have never needed to return my shoes.

While picking up my race packet I decided to check out some of the shoes to find a comfortable fit. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with both Marc and Sheridan. Both very helpful in evaluating my needs and giving guidance in what might be a good fit for me. Knowledgeable about all the shoes. I will definitely go back for my next pair. Give them a try.
