Bought a Weber S-335 gas grill. It had to be ordered and I asked that it be sent to the store and assembled before delivering to me at home. Our salesperson, Tina was very helpful and if she did not know something she went and found the right answer. Jerry rang us up. Well the unassembled grill was sent to my house, I told them to take it to home depot which they did with no problem. Jerry personally called me to apologise for the mixup and told me when it would assembled and delivered. Well they had a problem with the delivery vehicle on the day I was supposed to get. Guess what? Jerry personally delivered the grill in his personal pickup truck. All outfits have problems and when those problems are rectified quickly and courteously it gives me an even better faith in the company and their personnel that if there had been no problems. I was very happily surprised by Jerry's personal attention and solution to the problems.
Jerry, you deserve a raise!

Sam and Sandy , Homer and Jordan. Homer made sure I was welcome coming in and going out. Jordan, helped me find tape without making me feel stupid and with a beautiful smile. Sam and Sandy are great duo of beauty and hospitality. I'm visiting from out of town., but I will go out of my way to come back here because of their amazing service.. Names worth remembering because they all gave service I'll always remember. God bless.

This store always has excellent customer service! Never had a bad or even average experience here. Always above and beyond.

I love this HD. Jason in doors knows his stuff. Although, while waiting for Jason to show up, I shopped. It was a good hour, which meant the loss prevention guy followed me around because, apparently, I looked suspicious. I don't know what is suspicious about waiting for a guy. Anyway, I worked intel and I can tell you that the dude gave himself away. He isn't as good at his job as he thinks he is, acting like he was shopping light bulbs. He could've made a gal feel real uncomfortable, and seemed like a stalker. What an uncomfortable shopping experience for a veteran with anxiety too. Thanks HD. (Eyes Roll). I know you have a job to do, but do it better, jeesh.

The customer service desk could do slightly better but I think it's misinformation and not that they don't want to accommodate the customer.

Great they have everything you need at a great price.

This is our seventh home improvement in eighteen years and this year's project has been a breeze with the outstanding help from The Home Depot employees! Each one whom we've been in contact with has gone above and beyond what's been asked! Wandering if new management? If so, keep up the good work!

Awesome people work here who went out of their way to help us when we had ti purchase a new hot water heater. We have to give special thanks to Dillon who really went the extra mile for us.. All the associates who were helping were just wonderful.. thank you !!!

Awesome shopping experience. The staff was very friendly helpful and very accomodating. The prices were great too! I was really impressed.

Home Depot is a great home improvement store with massive inventory but just not enough employees. However when you do get an employee it is usually one with vast knowledge in their area and they do not mind sharing it with you. I like that. I am preparing to purchase a front door and have them install it so I will post another review once that is completed. So far so good...😀

Another great shopping experience. I am learning to ask for help at the front desk instead of trying to figure it out myself😉...I told the front desk rep what I needed. The employee came right away and got me exactly what I needed. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Definitely my go-to for these type purchases.😀

Great place for home project tools

Love this place. Even on the worst days they always make it a pleasant experience when everything in the store malfunctions or the system crashes. It’s always going to be what you make it. And this team knows the true definition of patience.

I always enjoy shopping at this home depot. Some of the staff know me by name. Always friendly with helping me with whatever I need.

Always the perfect place for any work, repair, home improvement, gardening, cleaning, appliances, tools and just about anything you need for a job or project whether it is at home or a site project. Easy to find products, fast checkout, help is available if needed by an employee when asked. Friendly environment, family environment, my son and I go here often for work related needs and the wife and I as well for home projects or essentials. Visit if you need anything or check their website to see if they have what your looking for in stock before you visit. Order online and have it shipped or pick it up curbside.

Went there today to get parts to fix my toilet. I bought a whole new kit. Hopefully it works! Don't really want to replace the whole toilet right now. We will see. Prices marked shelves for items. Very easy self check out!

Had to make a trip here to pick up some wood for my deck - love fishing off it! I had to make a trip from Columbus which was no big deal since my mother in law lives in Phenix City. The person helping us (dident catch her name) was very knowledgeable about the planks I needed and she got me situated quick. Checkout was quick no lines...zero complaints!

George has to be one of the best employees I’ve ever seen. Each time I’ve been in there and have passed him, he ALWAYS asks if I need help. Each time he goes way above and beyond what his call is to do. One of the most helpful gentlemen I’ve ever met. Thank you for making each experience great!

Easy access, minutes from anywhere in town. Can order online and pick up at store. Convenient for all home and business hardware needs. Very thankful to have our own Home Depot here in Phenix City.
