Dante Dana is amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable of the business & has impeccable customer service skills. He is friendly and loves his career. I will definitely be back & he should be a trainer. My observation of him was worthy of training.

I love the assistant manager Collin he's great at his job, with awesome customer skills. The employee Jackie is awful at customer service, and doesn't need a job in that type of work. She's super unprofessional.

I have always gotten my gas at 7-Eleven, we found great prices.

This used to be my favorite 711, but since a management change its gone done down hill. The customer service is almost non exsitance. Getting greeted is a thing of the past. The amount of cussing by employees is unprofessional. The attitude of the new employees is just generally unpleasant there are two girls in there in particular who stand an talk to each rather than interact with the customers. Infact the homeless community that hangs outside the store have more tact and manners. Get it together.

Pumps rarely work right. Find somewhere else unless you're desperate.

Needs cleaned inside and trash all over parking lot

Ive stoped coming to that store completely. Constantly met with poor or worse costumer service. Only ever greeted upon entrance by the manager. The overnight clerk doesn't even speak during the transactions? Please invest in making this store a little more professional for our families. I should be getting asked about my points or offered sales going on at the time but it seems like the employees don't really care to ask. Please make the store more professional again like it use to be

I went in to grab cigarettes (I'm 58) the male employee working asked me for I.D. I first grabbed marajuana med card (clearly has date of birth, I'm clearly .well over 18, 21, 25, or whatever the require e ts. However he refused it and I gave him my driver's lisence. He kept nit picking..saying , what I said didn't make sense. I ,in return said..what you say doesn't make sense..steady picking at me bout 18 or 21.. when I am clearly above both and gave my drivers lisence already and he kept talking ..I in return reply..don't try to. Lown me, and keep popping on me.. (like let it go...he who kept it going and started the messy situation) then refused to sell me anything cause his manager was standing there. I say, okay then and turn to exit- and he (empliyee) verbally threatens me..how he'll put a hole in me..like never considered what I'd be doing while he was doing all that/ people like this cause fatalities, and long term prison sentances, furthermore should not be working with the public..after contacting corporate and okcpd I'm writing this review as to this 7 eleven is trash.
This is not the only incident t I've witnessed st this location.

Great place to go if you want to wait 20 minutes to get a couple teas. One cashier keeps scanning the same CX card getting declined the other cashier just lets people walk in ignoring there is a line. So gave up and let them keep them, item they make 90% profit on. Bad enough most of their drink station doesn't work.

Ever since Sarah and Collin left this location, it has become really nasty they never clean. They stand around using profanity. I’ve never seen this location look so horrible.
