Michaels

Took my little slime enthusiast to Michaels in Irvine today, hoping to score some crafting goodies. We had our sights set on slime kits and maybe some beginner crochet or knitting kits for me.
Unfortunately, the yarn section was a bit of a bust. No crochet or knitting kits to be found!
The slime section was definitely picked over, and some boxes were even opened and left in disarray (seriously, people?!) But after some digging, we unearthed two perfect slime kits with everything we needed. Plus, the self-checkout made the whole experience super smooth.
P.S. Michaels, if you're reading this, please stock up on those beginner crochet kits! There's a budding yarn artist out there waiting to unleash her creativity

I love this Michael's. Its the cleanest well managed craft store I've been to. I recently moved away from that location but still take the 35min drive to go to that specific Michael's. You cant get customer service like that anywhere else. My kids and i are loyal customers.

I haven't been over this way to this michaels in months. The store was packed and the staff was taking care of everyone. Lines were handled very quickly. Customers woth questions w were helped quickly and effectively. The store should have looked like a tornado hit it but the entire staff was mixing in with their customer servicing, perfect facing non stop. What a great staff and love the store. A huge bonus that everything seems to be on a huge black Friday sale discount!

Michaels has a lot of cool interesting items and the staff is friendly.

I have used Michael's to buy various craft and decoration products, but my most recent visit was also the best experience I have ever had with Michaels. I needed to have a canvas print framed, and the woman who was working in this department helped me through the process and also did everything she could to get me the lowest possible price.

Short review, this Michaels is pretty nice and has a large selection of items, as well as some pretty awesome deals. Last time I was there, there were multiple buy one get one free deals to make use of!

Long review, need to give a shout out to Delania from the framing department. This is really a 5-star review because of her. She has consistently gone above and beyond whenever I have gotten framing done. She not only very patiently works with you on the details, but she even assists multiple customers at a time. She also does a fantastic job not upselling, and making sure to help customers take advantage of the store discounts and deals. Bravo to you Delania!

Wife has been in the mood for spring coming soon , so decided to start getting some arts and craft projects started. We had great success in our trip. See even scored some good deals and some coupons were used!!!

Needed a can of cake decorating color spray. I was greeted at the door and asked what I was looking for. Told the Michael's person what I needed. She walked me over to the correct aisle and pointed out the product, all with a pleasant smile.

Great for arts and crafts, they always have coupons and sales that will surprise you. I bought an easel for $8.00, but I expected to pay $19.99 before I got to the register. Good deals, better store.

Rarely have I gone to Michael's and not found what I've needed. They have wonderful seasonal home decor items. There is always a 40 % off coupon available and they accept coupons from your phone. Just download the app and coupons are available anytime. Returns are a breeze, too. Just show them the card you paid with and they will find your receipt! Love the workers, too.

Made online purchase for Curbside pickup and the associate was out quickly and had a great disposition. Thank You making it easy to keep crafting while being safe. Appreciate this pickup option.

Great store, well organized shelves. They usually run plenty of discounts on pre-made crafts and kids, plus a surprisingly robust cooking/baking aisle. They also sell type writers and instant-print cameras if you were looking for those for some reason.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of discounted items, especially if you have a Cricket / Sillouette. Clearance item gems can be found in the back by framing.

Nike store Suite 324 they have men and women outfits and varieties of shoes 👞 👟 but no spikes. Good customer service 👍

Michael's is pretty much the "Home Depot" of the crafting world. They seem to have everything - including stuff you didn't even know you needed until you started walking around. Normally, it would be a dangerous place for your wallet but they seem to always have great sales happening as well as additional coupons easily found on line. If you're crafty and haven't been to Michael's, you're missing out. This store is located towards an entrance for a very busy shopping center so finding parking can sometimes take a bit. The store is designed well and checkout is usually very quick.
