Maybe a year ago I would agree this thing two stars but ever since that new manager took over I give you 5 stars

It is an awesome place now that they have a new manger who is trying to fix the store. The new manger is super nice and I have never had a problem with the new staff.

Nothing is priced correctly! Ppl grab something based on the price!! So when they ring it up & you tell them that's not the price that is displayed. Nothing is done about it!! Days later & the same WRONG price is still their..... (Even after you tell them it's not correct , nobody fixes it.) THEY NEED TO HONOR THE PRICE THEY ARE DISPLAYING OR CHANGE IT BECAUSE ITS RIDICULOUS !! Do better!!

There is always gas pumps down and the credit card reader on the machines usually don't work.

Terrible service & racist . My husband can never buy beer here because they say a united states id is needed to buy beer 😑😐 he tried using his Mexican passport/id card. Also they never have gas in the middle section of the gas pumps. & if they do the machine never works for card payments so you have to go inside to pay 😐 only one machine at the pump works . Idk how this place is open it’s always so dirty too and ghetto. Needs to be closed down or have new management. Clearly the owner doesn’t care because I’ve filed complaints to the corp. and doesn’t seem to fix anything.

The ladies working there really shouldn't be allowed to work anywhere with the way they talk to people. My daughter went there and was told she couldn't buy anything because she stole a pack of cigarettes. 1st off she doesn't smoke, 2nd she is NOT a thief. In front of everyone. Then decided it wasn't her but someone that looked like her. When I called to talk to a manager she thought she was going to talk to me crazy on the phone. I will be contacting the owner.

NO "PUBLIC" RESTROOM!!! I desperately got off the highway for a full tank of gas & restroom break. $68 of gas and you can't make your restroom available? Here's a 1-star.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The woman Kay has a permanent scowel on her face and customers are an INCONVENIENCE. i will be reporting them to the Corp office as well as Filing a complaint with BBB and possibly the attorney general for racist practices. I witnessed this woman berate and badger a young black boy for stealing when it was obvious to everyone he had nothing. I live in this neighborhood and this is NOT the kind of company we want here. We need to vome together and get this place closed down.

Don't stop here if you need to use the bathroom. They told me they didn't have one after I bought some gas there. Not sure I believe them.
