Lowe's Home Improvement

I shop here because they have a great selection of products just like the other store do. They have sales when others don't. I'm loyal only to the store with the best prices for what I'm looking for that day. Lowes ,homedepot, Ace, ziggy's, bi-mart,or any other store that's trying to save me some money. This Lowes is clean and friendly staff has my vote.

My delivery was on time and the two men Frankie and Andrew unpacked it and moved it into place. They were fast and very respectful. I would give them a 10 in doing a great job. Thank you

I bought my washer and dryer here 3 days ago, at first was a problen with my order was uncompleted and i was waiting a day for my delivery, so i went back to the store and they fixed inmediatly so next day (today) i have my washer and dryer installed in my house :) plus the lows delivery employe was very professional and very good instaling them i am so thankful he took hes time to set up both items and did a great job! Thankyou lows!!!

I was looking for garage opener stuff, I asked for the location and was directed to a row. As I'm looking, the Lowe's employee tracked me down because the openers had been moved. She took me to the correct row. She took time out of her day to make sure I found what I was looking for. Normally, I am directed or shown to the correct row. These employees care and are very helpful every time I've been there. This is a great store with excellent employees.

Every employee was helpful on our way to pick a dishwasher. Big selection, found the one I wanted. Paid and was out in a few. A nice young man hauled it out to our van. Very happy with lowes everytime my husband and I come in here.

I was having a hard time finding something and this one employee tried helping me and literally stayed to help me until I found every single thing that I needed. It turns out that the specific item on my instacart list was discontinued but they were very helpful and determined to find what I needed. I wish they I would have got his name, he deserves 5 stars!

Huge thanks to Josh, the Lumber Supervisor at the Lowe's in Moses Lake. A commercial account, I needed a Gecko Siding Gauge for 7/16" lap siding for my crew on Monday. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, and was told by someone in the tool department that they would be against the far wall, on Aisle 51. I could not locate it, and asked a young man standing in the lumber aisle. He looked it up on his phone - confirming it SHOULD BE at the end of Aisle 51. I walked AGAIN to the end of that aisle and there were STILL no gauges…or any small items there.

FRUSTRATED, as I walked back towards the front intending to go to Customer Service, JOSH APPROACHED ME with a big smile, and asked if he could help. I told him exactly what I needed, and he easily walked over to the partially obscured Gecko Gauges found between the aisles - not at the end of the aisle - and picked it up.

While I was actually looking for a 7/16" Gecko Gauge, and Lowe's carries only a 5/16", he took the extra time to walk me over to the 7/16" lap siding and fully demonstrated how the tool could easily work for my purpose.

I appreciate that Josh didn't just expect me to believe him that it would work… and that Josh didn't just point down the aisle to where something was SUPPOSED to be.

From the moment Josh approached me, he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.

Josh is an excellent representative of Lowe's - and what exemplary customer service and product knowledge SHOULD always be.

Bought a new washer and dryer and was so happy with the service and delivery went back and bought a freezer for our garage!

I go to Lowes often. I just love this place it's very well organized and has everything I look for. There's always employees willing to help you and very friendly. I've never walked out disappointed, definitely my favorite store.

Generally, Lowe's sucks when it comes to getting any help with anything. But, this time was different. I'm giving the stars to Riley. Riley was very gracious to help, even though it wasn't his area.

Great help this Thursday morning. Went in for some weed killer. Brandon and Danny both worked together to give us some good advice and recommendations. Thanks for your help and good customer service guys!

Lowes is great. Found all our items. The only problem was it was too early to hit Chipotle or mod pizza nearby for lunch. Sad!

I had to return a delta multi choice valve because it had missing parts, in doing so I had to instead of going back to get a different one I left the missing parts valve at the return counter and went and got one that was all together. It didn’t work that easy, Paola was very nice, understanding and all around great!! She got me an in store credit card I was expecting to get it and turn around and use it to buy one that had all the parts, but the card didn’t work so she called Selina over she’s in management, well Selina is very unprofessional, very rude and should not be in management, she did something to the in store credit card that Paola just loaded the amount of the valve onto the card and for sure Paola knew it was on there because she had the receipt in front of her that said it was on there. Selina then comes over with her dirty looks as rude as I’ve ever seen any employee of lowes ever be and tells me it didn’t work, that I’d have to come back the next day. With gas prices as high as they are, she didn’t try to get it to work very hard, so when I came back the next day I was using self check out and it told me there was no funds on the card which I knew there was the price of the valve on the card, so I took it to the return counter and Paola was working and she couldn’t figure out what happened to the money on the card. I have the receipt and it says that the money was on there. So I am not just blaming or assuming, I know Selina had everything to do with the money not being on the card, so instead the girls at the return counter started to tell me I needed to call the number on the card and I refused! It was the stores fault and I wasn’t about to have to make another trip back to the store. After having to deal with Selina doing me dirty as she stood behind me with another customer and was preceding to tell that customer all about our encounter a couple days before that happened in the store, very unprofessional!! She obviously abuses her management position to bully customers. I will not ever deal with Selina again!!! I took my part and told them to take it up with Selina she took the money off my card, of course she was nowhere to be found that next day and for good reason, she is guilty of taking the money for my return off my card and I hope she gets some education on how she treats customers especially in a management position. She isn’t good for Lowe’s and should be demoted or let go!! She will have every customer going to Home Depot.

The ladies at the customer service desk are so rude and will not help you. They kept me on the phone waiting to speak to a manager for at least 2 hrs. Plus their attitudes are disrespectful. I worked for lowes for almost 7 years, and I would never treat a customer this way.

Ok so there was one gentleman here that went out of his way to make sure we were finding what we were looking for and he was hilarious!!!! He really made our experience here great! I wish I would of paid attention to his vest to get his name so I could highly recommend him to anyone who reads my review when they visit this location!
