ClickIt RV Moses Lake

We recently purchased a 5th wheel from Justin at Click-it RV in Moses Lake. We were particularly impressed by his honesty and communication. Right off the bat, he let us know he was new to the industry and if he didn't know the answers to our questions, he immediately went to his support system and got the answer. He kept in constant communication with us, even when he was off duty. Even after the sale, he keeps in touch to see how things are going. We highly recommend Justin and will refer friends and/or family to him. Overall, our experience with Click-it RV in Moses Lake was great. Staff was friendly and it was clear their intentions were to see that their clients were treated fairly and with integrity. Something that is very important to us.

They helped me and my mother find the absolutely best camper/toy hauler for work. I am really excited to tryout this new camper this summer. The sales man justin, technicians, and management are all super friendly very open and have great attitude and attention to details. I highly recommend them for purchasing.

I'm a proud new owner of a pull trailer from ClickIt RV Moses Lake. I worked with Christina and got a good deal on a brand new 2022 trailer. They financed it for me and are putting me through a class to teach me how to connect and pull it since I'm clueless on this part! Go see them they will take care of you!

We had excellent service here. Our trailer had many issues (Covid trailer) and the original dealership KMR had horrible customer service. The service staff here went above and beyond to fix and remedy a pretty awful situation. Tony was incredibly responsive and does quality work. We highly recommend this business!

I bought a used trailer from a private party and massively regret it.I have had a lot issues with the systems.I should have bought a good used trailer from a dealer and have the peace of mind that the dealer checked everything out .I have called CLICK IT RV many time and Anthony in the service department has been extremely patient and very willing to give help and advise on the phone.

Christina was amazing at narrowing down the size I could haul, showed me this amazing hideout but never pressured me into buying it. Anthony was very informative on my little trailer, he even showed me how to winterize it so I could take a video on how to do it so I wouldn't forget. Great staff great service. I'll come back for an upgrade definitely.

AMAZING!! Friendly service for the lowest price ($0). The ac cowling blew off on our drive to Moses Lake. Shain replaced it in a few minutes and we were on our way. This is the best RV service we have ever had. I wish we lived closer, we would come to Clickit RV for all our RV needs. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly.

Very great place to get an RV! Sales people and maintenance staff were great, friendly, and helpful. They took very good care of us. Christina and Tyler were so professional and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the service and personal attention they gave us.

Stopped at ClickIt as we had no hot water in our new motorhome. Anthony listened to our problem, analyzed the situation and discovered the water was by passing the hot water heater. Anthony had us on our way in no time. Thank you Anthony for a job well done.
