We stopped in for a gas and restroom break on our recent road trip. My husband unknowingly dropped his wallet by the restroom. A gentleman found it, turned it in to the cashier and the cashier came dashing out to our car with it just before we were getting ready to leave. So grateful for these honest and caring individuals!

Thank you to the very kind clerk who helped me when I came there very upset with damage to my car after hitting a raccoon on the interstate. I felt like I was alone in the middle of nowhere far from home and she made me feel better.

Great place

We didn't go into the store. It was easy to pull in to, easy to get out of, the gas machines worked...not much else you can ask for when you're not going into the store itself.

The restroom needed to be cleaned. It was very nasty

I needed diesel fuel so I went around to the back of the building to fill up. The diesel pumps fill at an astounding rate of two-gallons per minute, (do the math, a thirty gallon tank takes fifteen minutes to fill up). This in what was nearly blizzard conditions at the time. I will not repeat that experience in any kind of weather.

Place was nice and place was clean. When you decide to get gas. Make sure you do credit. It’s a 3 day hold on $100 bucks of your money!!! Chose credit NOT DEBIT. Traveled a lot in my life, been to foreign countries and NEVER had a $100 hold on gas!!!

I have been to this El Paso BP for years. It's right off the interstate & easy to get there. However, today I went to buy beer (most of time time that's what I'm purchasing) & the woman looked at my ID and proceeded to tell me my ID wasn't real. Mind you, I've been to this gas station 100+ times and I've never had a problem. This woman was new & apparently does not care about customers or loyal customers for that matter. She did not even care to scan my ID. I politely asked her to call the cops to verify my identity & she proceeded to tell me not to get crappy with her. I called 2 times to speak with a manager & was told "thank you, bye" both times. They have since lost a very loyal customer. I recommend to bypass the BP & go to Casey's, its very nice & the customer service is great!

I would love for the owner of this gas station to contact me regarding the length of time it takes to fill up with diesel fuel. I received a pretty snide response from the manager. It took me almost 20 minutes to pump 6 gallons of diesel. I gave up after 6 gallons and left. I can’t imagine what a semi driver would think trying to fill up two or 300 gallons. I won’t be back .

This is the first gas station I've ever been to where I was stabbed and robbed and attacked all in the matter of 5 minutes. Oddly enough when I went to the rust covered bathroom I contracted multiple sicknesses I'm legally not allowed to name. This place will forever haunt my nightmares.

All garbage overflowing. Bathrooms disgusting 🤮 . Miss my Kwik Trip. The horror of traveling out of state.

8 of the 12 pumps were out of service. Not a great spot with a trailer either, but I can't fault them for that.

Half the gas pumps are broken. The other half pump at an astoundingly slow snail's pace. We got a few gallons and left to find another place to fill up.

Not one of the window washer reservoirs at any of the pumps had water in them to clean my windows.
