Great place with one very unique feature and that's if you need a spare key made then this is the go to place!! Looks like almost every other big box store has abandoned the key machines but not ace hardware!! Great service and they will more than likely have your key blank in stock¡!!

The sales staff were helpful. I needed a part that I didn't know the proper name for. I explained the situation and had pictures. The gentleman was nice and very helpful.

So many screws! This was the only place near by that had the screws I needed to replace the throttle body position sensor for my car. So thankful they have a huge selection!

Ace may be smaller than the other big box stores but Ace is WAY more reliable than the other stores for finding the *actual everyday essentials* I need. Often the other stores either don't have it at all or sometimes it's just impossible to find if they do (at least on the website) Ace Hardware's website has consistently been able to tell me if they carry an item (inventory issues on a 1 in stock item notwithstanding, I mean, stuff happens) the search bar works REALLY WELL. Try it and compare against the other stores if you don't believe me! At this particular location the staff has also been pretty cordial and helpful and they keep the store clean and stocked. But I've been to several other locations around this area and they're good too!

This is a great hardware store with a great staff, always helpful and there inventory is great. If they say they have what you are looking for you can bet it will always be there when you need.

Ace Hardware stores must have an incredible training, something like Chick-fil-A. Their employees are always friendly and helpful. I routinely go out of my way to go past other larger hardware stores to go to Ace.

Nothing but great service. Down home folks. They have the stuff that home Depot doesn't.

Great store. Not an often visitor, but they have the specialty hardware that Home Depot and Lowes do not have. Staff is very friendly, and if you are looking for that hard to find item, I recommend you stop by.

I have never been disappointed with a trip to Westlake. Even if they don't have the exact part or piece. The employees always go out of their way to be helpful. Most recently, I had the pleasure of being helped by Dan. He was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He had us engaged and laughing the entire time. I will always recommend Westlake for the odds and ends or hard to find unique items.

Skip the big box Ang get what you need here. These guys love to help and help you find what you are looking for.

I love this Ace. Shopping here made me realize that Ace is to Home Depot/Lowes what your local grocery store is to Costco/Sam's. You can buy exactly what you need and they have nearly everything the big box stores do, you just don't have to buy a 6- or 12- or 100-pack. You need one screw, you buy one screw.

The people who work here are also so knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Add to that the only worthwhile rewards program around (I always save like 20+%) and there's really no reason to go to the big stores.

This is one of the best maintained Ace. The plants outside look very well cared for.

Service was awesome. That Randy assistant manager is one of the best ever helping me get plumbing parts. The GM is pretty helpful too.

I always stop here before Lowes or Home Depot. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. You can find hard to find hardware here. The prices are competitive. It's worth it to me to pay a buck or two extra for the service and convenience.

You know you are going to the right place for service when the retired guys with dray hair and tucked in t-shirts come strolling out.
Fantastic service, selection is on standard for ace hardware but I bet if I asked they would get me anything I needed if Ace carried it.
