The staff has been mostly helpful - the deli & bakery are awesome, and the veggies and fruits sections have large varieties to choose from. The coffee section is the best, huge variety, and we can grind the coffee beans there.

Nice and clean store. Well stocked, and cashiers are friendly.

Clean store; accommodating employees; caring and honest; and made me feel like I mattered. I absolutely love the WinCo Roomba! It keeps the floors clean! I am now a repeat customer! Most excellent!

Inflation affects us all. But, with WinCo, it helps on with our tighter budget. Plan ahead.

Oh, make sure to have your own bag. BYOB. Else, you'll be paying 8 cents a bag.

Prices are good and the staff are helpful. They're well stocked in a wide variety of items. I love the bulk food section, and the hours can't be beat.

I went to WinCo after work to grocery shopping for a sick friend, it's late and I have to go back to work tomorrow morning early, I had trouble finding what I needed and this wonderful young lady Sierra came to my rescue. Out of nowhere, I probably looked lost in her eyes and she asked me " can I help you find something?" I said yes, then she asked anything else I can help you with? She guided me through the store which saved me a lot of time. Thank you Sierra!!! I'm grateful to have met you tonight!!! This is the kind of customer service I'm talking about! And she did it all with a smile. You were my Angel tonight! 100 stars for you Sierra!!! 😍

I spent 88.00 at Winco today. Had I bought the same at Safeway it would have been 200.00, and the staff is great too 👍🏼❤👍🏼

I stop here 5 days a week to get treats for work.

Their prices are always, well usually better than than that big store across the street and usually their associates are much more helpful and nicer. Plus, the store is open and airy and you don't get the sense that you're being run over by other people. The competitor may try and sell you old altered produce, WinCo always has fresh beautiful produce. Highly recommend.

The ease of finding items always puts me at ease.

Last few months I've been doing some comparisons, and Winco has shown tio be between 5 and 10% cheaper than groceries at Walmart. I was shopping Walmart when I had other non groceries to buy, but it's well worth a 2nd stop to save money

I love the good produce and meat selection WinCo has. I shopped at the WinCo in Summer for years before moving to Moses Lake and I was glad to see they had one here. However, no bakery, but I still love their low prices and good quality. Last week I was concerned when I arrived and the parking lot was pretty packed. I thought the store would be crowded and I would have to wait a long time to check out. Surprised that I had no trouble getting around the store and they had lots of checkers open.

Usually pretty clean and well organized. 5 stars compared to the Walmart across the street! (they're way disorganized and it's always dirty... Usually takes me twice as long going to the Moses Lake Walmart.)
Staff are friendly. Could usually find what I needed here even when other stores were sold out of stuff (like flour, sugar, etc.)

Large selection of products at low prices. Helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Great people. Especially the night crew. There’s one cashier in particular. She’s a sweetheart. If your in the store and are lucky enough to get helped by her she will brighten your day.

Great store, super-clean! When checking out, I was having a problem and some unknown lady bagged all my groceries for me. She was so appreciated. Love that it's owned by employees and not some huge corporation. We'll definitely support WinCo.
