Matthew is the best. I couldn’t get my Safari working and he walked me through how to fix it and made sure I understood how to fix it. He is the best. If you need assistance with your phone go and see him

Matthew is just awesome. He helped me get my tablet set up exactly how I needed for my business. I highly recommend coming to this store to get the best customer service.

The 2 young gentleman who’s names are Brian cano and Malcom hodges are absolutely brilliant. They are 2 of the most polite young men I have ever encountered. Helped me completely with setting up a new phone and where able to save me a good amount of money. Props 2 those boys.

What can I say about this place everything from the Manager Matthew to the Assistant Manager Malcolm. They are totally AWESOME!!! I had a very difficult situation with my iphone contacts being corrupted. Matthew figured out the issue , and Malcolm who is the most patient person on the planet got my new phone transferred perfectly. Thank you guys you rock!!!!!!!

Malcom the assistant store director was amazing. He had never ending patience as my pro 15 max was being set up with multiple accounts. With extra security. The group of representatives worked cooperatively and were super friendly. Have nice music too! Don’t go anywhere else for ATT.

I went in with trouble with my phone and Matthew was fantastic. He got my problem fixed for me and showed me what to do if it ever happens in the future. I recommend this store to everyone it’s one of the best AT&T stores around me

I walk into this AT&T store blind, not knowing who is going to take care of me and BOOM out walks Malcom Hodges, a face that I recognized from the Jensen store when I bought a phone 2 years ago.

It was a pleasant surprise seeing him, knowing that my guest experience was going to A+. If you need a rep ask for Malcom he is hands on and makes it easy.

If your looking for a new phone, ask for Malcom ! He greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and super knowledgeable !

My wife and I had a million questions and not only was he able to answer them all, but he was very patient with us the whole time.

Malcom Hodges is an excellent sales person. He was very helpful. I bought an iPad Pro and Malcom patiently helped me transfer all my data.

I recently had an issue with a trade in I did online with AT&T and was instructed to go into the store to resolve the issue. Once I arrived at the store Mathew offered assistance and had his manager Carlie help me. The team was very friendly and helpful. From now on I will go into the store when upgrading phones. Great service and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service from Matthew when I went in for having an issue with my phone. He is truly a true representation of what customer service should be like. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new phone or other service. You won’t be disappointed.

Matthew was extremely patient and kind. He was so helpful in dealing with the absolute nightmare that is T Mobile. Go see him, he'll take great care of you and get you switched over to AT&T. Better service and better rate!

I LOVE THIS AT&T STORE!
The staff are so kind and they are very helpful and will tell you everything you need to know if you have a problem with your device. They are very patient and comforting and reassuring. Jeneca and Malcolm are rock stars in the field.

We came early hoping to make my upgrade somewhat quick. Tiara greeted us right away but I could tell it would be a wait. She was super personable and was moving easy from one customer to the next, helping manage each step for each table. She was knowledgeable, courteous and multitasked with confidence and ease. Thanks for making my visit as painless as possible!
