Westminster Family Drug

Westminster Family Drug is so knowledgeable and their customer service is beyond no other. My family has been going here for a long time, and they treat you like a person and not just a client.

This locally-owned pharmacy is great. The employees are friendly and professional. The ly will assist you by moving your prescriptions from other pharmacies to theirs. My wife and I have received much better service than the box pharmacies such as CVS, Walgreens, and, or Walmart. Westminster Family Drug has been able to get my prescriptions when the box pharmacy I was with couldn't. At that point, I decided to move all my prescriptions and make Westminster Family Drug. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

We go here for all our shots, covid, pneumonia, flu, shingles, etc. No reservations needed and they are quick and efficient. The pharmacist does a great job of giving shots and is good about explaining medications. They do their own compounding so you can get things here that aren't available at other pharmacies. We have been going here for years.

My wife and I started using Westminster Family drug a year ago after being treated poorly by Walgreens. We both like the hometown atmosphere being treated like family. The super friendly and efficient staff at Westminster Family Drug is the Best.

I started using this pharmacy after being treated awful at CVS. Westminster is a great pharmacy with small town charm. Staff is friendly and helpful. They actually treat you like a person and not just a dollar sign.

This pharmacy is great! It is such a family atmosphere. When you walk in, you are greeted with friendly staff immediately. As you walk over to pick up your prescription, you look around and see such cute items for sale (Christmas time is coming soon!!!). When you reach the counter, you are then greeted by name (the more you come the more they know you). Any insurance issue you have leave it to this one lady who can fix it for you! She is awesome. The techs and pharmacists are so knowledgeable and efficient and will get your medication as fast as they can. If any issue arises (which sometimes may) they will do their best to contact your doctor and get the issue resolved. Then if you go around you can see their compounding lab. Take a moment to stop and watch. This pharmacy can make medicine specifically;y for YOU!!! Then you go and check out with friendly staff. This mom and pop pharmacy is how I wish many pharmacies were still today. Reminds me of the good ole days.

John and his family have taken care of my family for the last 15 years. He and his staff have always been compassionate, understanding and kind. Always willing to answer any questions that I may have. Always taking the time to listen and to fully understand. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They are amazing people.

This family drug store is amazing! Super friendly pharmacy technicians/staff. I highly recommend them for finding reasonably, priced prescriptions! Also, quick service. They transferred my prescription from another pharmacy and were able to fill it on the same day.

I love this pharmacy. It has what I call a small hometown feel. It so brings back memories of the one where I grew up. FIRST of all: TAO is the man to go to! Whenever we have a question or need help finding something comparable, he nails it. He also looks for coupons from drug companies that offer to drastically cut the cost of your prescription. When we were both sick at home with the Corona Virus last year, they delivered our prescriptions to us, free of charge. They also have a note on the door that in case of emergency, phone numbers to call and someone will open up to fill your prescriptions.

Had to transfer my scripts due to new insurance company. We were welcomed and very friendly. The transfer took less than 24 hours and my wife's scripts were ready the next morning. We received a call and text telling us the scripts were ready. Great service.

They’re so personable and familiar. I love that they know myself and other family members. They’re so quick and will get your prescription filled within minutes. How often do you speak frequently with the owner and main pharmacist? Here you do.

I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!!! They are so kind, courteous, they made me feel like family.

They filled my son’s nausea medication in less then 10 minutes, when I waited over 5 hours pain medication after his surgery at a large chain store just yesterday.

I’ll never go anywhere else again!!

My husband and I have recently transferred our prescriptions here and I just dont know why we haven't done this sooner. ALL of the staff are so friendly and helpful they are glad you are there! Great service and atmosphere!

A great family owned pharmacy, down to earth. Tao, John, and Steven have all been personable, friendly, and professional. They do their best to save you money, and they even have a pharmacist on call for after hours fill. Yes even 2 a.m. you can get an emergency fill. Give these folks a try, you wont be disappointed.

I love this pharmacy. Tao, one of the pharmacists, has always been so helpful and kind to me. If I ever have a problem, he is quick to offer suggestions & many times is able to find a way to make things work. It’s nice to have a pharmacist & staff who actually get to know you— it helps when you take several medications and they make sure you’re not prescribed something new that could interact. Definitely recommend!

All the staff is very kind, patient, and they are fast at always getting me my medication on time. I don't have insurance and they are so helpful in finding the best price. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
