Great customer service, checked in late afternoon and my truck was in the bay early morning as promised.
Bryce was giving me updates on the status of the work needed, timeline and cost.
Beth on the other hand, was very active and helpful, she went above and beyond calling vendors trying to get me the parts needed at the best pricing.
Parking available if you have a trailer, as well as a quiet drivers lounge and a clean bathroom. Simulator truck and vending machine on site. Waffle House just across the street.

Had a great experience here at Myle's. Santiago and Chris treated me as if they had known me for years. They were informative and efficient. Chris was very knowledgeable about his craft and together they both had me up and running in no time - all the while looking for ways to make my experience cost efficient. Thanks Chris and Santiago. You guys are good at what you do. I will definitely put you guys in my "go to" contacts whenever I'm in your area.

Myles truck repair…what can I say hmmm…let’s start with the front desk “Maxx “ Maxx greets you with a warm welcome then from there she listens to your problem gets you checked in and updates you through the entire process honest and straightforward!!! The team of mechanics fast and professional…10 out of 10….ima say 10 all day….!!!! I came in with a light issue left out with lights working, radio, working, cb working…🔥🔥🔥

I’ve been dealing with these fellas for years now both professionally and personally. You won’t find a diesel shop with the service, size, resources and turn around like Myles has. Bryce, Johnny, Austin, and Paulie just to name a few are very helpful and good at what they do. No matter if you own one truck or 50 they’ll do you right.

Tow truck driver Chris was the best and courteous person I've met in the towing business. Good convo picked me up at an Amazon were I needed a tow and took me to their yard were they are going to work on my truck. Also went across to the street waffle house to get a quick bite and got dropped at the hotel. Chris definitely deserved the 5 stars.

Alex (our tech) was great. He solved our ride height issue with our 2006 Monaco Camelot. He was under our motorhome for 2 hours and did not give up until he found the loose fitting that has gone bad. Ed was great when we called in he listened to the issue and assured us they would figure it out. They got us in same day emergency service and out in 2.5 hours. I highly recommend them. Thank you Ed and Alex for a job well done.

Came in with my old, ugly truck needing a tire repair. These gentlemen were expedient, affordable and friendly. I greatly appreciate it.

Maxx, Bryce, and Johnny, were so pleasant to work with! This repair shop has been great from the time I looked them up to the time I called and visited. I called both shops and had great service. I dropped my truck off at the Auburn location, it was organized and clean like no other. Everyone was engaged in doing their task and trucks were being serviced.
My truck was attended to in a reasonable amount of time. I received a courtesy call at the end of the week prior to my truck being seen, giving me an update on the estimated day it would be seen. The notes on the diagnostic were very detailed and literally step- by- step. So detailed it was as if I were there watching.
Upon completion I was notified promptly and sent all the paperwork regarding the repair.

Since Day 1 Moving and Storage LLC

I did some financial business transactions with Myles through my workplace. The second transaction included a significant error on my part. The staff and General Manager were great to work with in correcting my error and making things right. Great integrity.

Alex (our tech) was amazing. He found and fixed our right height issue for our 2006 Monaco Camelot. They got us in same day emergency and had us back on the road 2 hours later. Prices were fair for same day service Ed was great on the phone and helped us over the phone and assured we would be in great hands. I would highly recommend this shop we will be back for some normal non emergency work when the RV season is over. Thank you again for a job well done.

I was disappointed in my initial experience. I brought of my new camper there for an excel repair quote. The general manager (Austin) called me and stated Myles Truck Repair was 100% committed to customer satisfaction. He assured me the work could be completed by the deadline I needed so I decided to move forward with the services. Austin was right I was impressed!! Not only did they meet the deadline but Jacob, my technician was the best!!!! He had the camper out front waiting for me at the time of pick up, knowing I was on a tight schedule to keep. He fully explained and showed me everything that had been done and even gave me suggestions for the new tires needed. Now that’s service! I have purchased the tires and will be back to have them installed by Myles Truck Repair my new go to camper repair shop!!!!

These guy’s really helped us out in a bad time had a driver with a bad abs valve. We couldn’t find it anywhere!, instead of leaving us hanging and charging a bill because they don’t have the truck part (which most places do) they really went out of there way to find that part and help us install, at minimal cost really appreciate, the kindness and professionalism with Myles truck repair - BIG thank you to Bryce and Johnny!

Myles Truck Repair provides excellent service and very professional! They also keep you updated on progress and send pictures of the problems and also send pictures as they fix it. Ed was very nice and professional and also gave me real information and no sugar coating. Ed kept it clear on what was going on and made sure everything was fixed properly before returning my equipment. I give them 5 star rating and refer anybody over to them, they won’t let you down!
