Everyone at the store was so nice! I mainly worked with the manager and he was super helpful! The whole process was quick and he helped me with everything I needed for upgrading my phone! Really had the best experience there and will be back for any other phone stuff!

Tristen gave me more than enough instruction on my new purchase. He went well beyond my expectations in showing me things I had never seen or imagined before . He even came out to my car and synced my new phone with my car. He is one great sales person.

Ehric was a really awesome guy that assisted me. He gave me honest feedback about devices and accessories. You have yourself a really good employee.

Great store and I have been going there exclusively for the 7 years I've lived in the area. The #1 reason I keep going there now is because of the salesman Tristen. Tristen is smart and cares about his customers. He has helped me tremendously through our family plan and he always makes sure the customer is getting taken care of. I highly recommend this store and recommend Tristen even more if you want a smooth experience working with Verizon.

Tristan is truly an amazing Verizon rep, he was very helpful in every aspect of changing my plan, and changing devices. Very knowledgeable and willing to help, very good at multitasking also and helping everyone!

I booked an appt on line at 12 for 1 pm. Was promptly greeted and walked out with a new phone with all data transferred over 50 minutes later!

Both Ehric and Jason were knowledgeable and kind. Very fun to work with!

I do not like shopping for a phone! To me it's like shopping for a car or going to the dentist! Jason changed that experience for me! Such a great people person and knows his products. Version is fortunate to have him as an employee.. and I love my new phone. Thank you!

Guys were super helpful, very informative, detailed and able to explain in a non-techy verbiage I could understand, fun, and went above and beyond!! I will never go to the store in Rochester….this is the best service you can get anywhere!

Nate was very helpful with purchasing a new phone, along with accessories, and data transfer. He had multiple customers while we were in the store and shared his time equally between each! Great customer service.

Very good service with excellent social distance by staff. If anyone came in when we were there, Jason asked them to sign in & they were called when the store was empty, as only 1 client at a time was allowed. I really appreciated that. We were very happy with our purchase of 2 new cell phones. Mike helped us Monday & Jason on Tuesday. We returned several times with questions about our new cell phones, because we are not savvy in the use & were helped each & every time! Amazing service! I will recommend to others.

Jason the store manager is excellent. Very knowledgeable, fabulous customer service, and lots of patience. There were multiple customers in the store due to Verizon nationwide network shut, and he helped everyone with calm and patience. Highly recommend Jason at this store!

Michael has been the representative that has helped me both times, I was in. Very knowledgeable about the devices, network, and accessories. Applied glass protector on both phones and kept me informed through the whole process. While we waited, we chatted about life, past experiences, dial up compared to now, gaming, music. Was a great experience, better than I've received before. It shows approchability and that he's not just a robot as many other companies want you to be.

Jason at the Stewartville Verizon store is top notch! He helped us quickly get our new phones setup and working. He answered our followup questions in short order. We would highly recommend him, he knows how to get the job done quickly and efficiently and we didn't even need an appointment. Thanks Jason!!!

We stopped in last night to pick up my new phone that my husband ordered for my Christmas present. Michael helped up get it setup & made sure that everything was transferred over before we left. While things were transferring, he let us run across the street to grab a handful of items that we needed. Came back and the phone was ready to rock and roll. He was very friendly and efficient!

Jason was excellent with what I was there for and very helpful to all the costomer that were waiting. He was the only staff at this store at the time and very attentive to all th customers waiting patiently. Best service I’ve had with a Verizon store.
