Kwik Stop

Its nice to know I can stop here for gas even late at nite and pay without a credit card. You can take a break come inside and set at a booth in an area well lit for reading and secluded. Definitely a busy local stop. Clean and welcoming.

Nicky was delightful and very friendly. I needed to get something that the store didn’t have and she coincidentally had exactly what I needed in her little purse. She even double checked to make sure it was the right stuff that I needed. That is excellent customer service and she did it with a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you again. Nicky!

Just passing through, everyone was courteous and bathroom was clean!

Expensive

Cashier was very rude, and rolled her eyes when we spoke. She was also rude to her other worker.

Just passin thru, place could use a freshen up. Seemed really weird in there and the whole town. Like a bad movie.

HORRIBLE!!! Store clerk that didn't know how to operate the PowerBall machine, messed up my ticket. As soon as she printed it she said "oops". When I asked her to fix it she said that wasn't possible, she called her manager and said there was an "irate" customer in the store. The very, very rude manager, supposed to help resolve the simple mistake made by a store clerk that didn't even know how to do her job, got upset at me and even shush me!! But even before the manager had arrived at the store, the nervous clerk had already printed two more tickets, which I didn't take and the manager wanted me to pay for. Bad employee, worst manager, terrible combination for running a store.

No coffee cups. Soda tasted so bad/off I didn't drink it. Potato wedges tasted awful (probably fried in same oil as chicken).

I went into the station on December 10th, 2016 in the afternoon and I spent $17.47 the store charged my card twice, they told me it didn't work so o used my other card and ended up putting a pavlova of cigarettes on it since I had to rein the card that port was 22.00 and some cents.
I went back in to the store today and showed them they charged my card 3 times and they aid they can't do anything about it. I'm sorry but my mom is in hospice,I'm driving back and forth between Denver and Kimball they should just be able to refund the 2 charges and I shouldn't have to call managers ama tons of people to get this fixed. My point is if you use a chip card don't use it at the Qwik stop in kimball nebraska

Never go in at night. the lady working at night is not friendly and rude

This place doesn't deserve one single star. They are known for having water in their gas. Towing and repairs-$1200 for 16.184 gallons of gas, that ended up being dumped.

Stood in line,for 15-20 min, waiting to order some food and the woman behind the counter didn't even say a word to me.

Please if anyone is Hispanic or black do not go into this place The ladies Here are absolutely hateful!!!
