Walgreens

If I need photos, this is the place I always go! The staff is always friendly and will stop what they are doing to wait on me right away. The prices are great and there are often deals!

Cashiers are helpful and friendly. The store is clean. Doesn't seem to get too busy. Never have to wait in line. The pharmacy is fast and they have a drive thru. They always have great deals on make up. Down load the app and you can clip coupons to your card. Photo department does a good job. My pics are usually ready in about 15 minutes.

Let me start off by saying. . I have never been in a Walgreens where the staff is this nice. I was visiting the area and have gone in here a couple times and I am blown away with how nice they are. Not a normal thing in the area I am from but I will for sure go back again.

We went in trying to get a western union money order cashed. They weren't able to do it but Tracey Goff went way out of her way to help us as much as she could! We were very impressed at how caring and understanding they were!

I just arrived in town. Kristan was outstanding helping me and my unique situation. She certainly has earned me business and loyalty .

I DROPPED OFF MY PRESCRIPTION AT THE WINDOW ABOUT 2:15 PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO FILL. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO GOOD WITH THAT SO I
DECIDED TO DO SOME CHASING INSTEAD OF HEADING HOME. UPON MY RETURN, I
WENT INSIDE WALGREENS TO DROP OFF SOME 35MM FILM AND LOOK AROUND, GOOD
THING, THE DRIVE-TRU WAS CLEAR AROUND TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE BUT MOVING
RIGHT ALONG. THE INSIDE COUNTER HAD LONG LINES ALSO. I AM TRYING TO PAINT A
PICTURE OF HOW BUSY THIS MOSES LAKE STORE WAS AND HOW WONDERFUL THE STAFF WAS UNDER THE STRESS. NOT ONE EMPOYEE THAT I HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH SHOWED ANY NEGITIVE ATTITUED INSTEAD THAY WERE ALWAYS POLITE.

I TALKED TO THE PHARMACIST,HIS ASSISTIANT AND 3 OTHER PEOPLE IN THAT DEPARTMENT ALONE AND I FEEL THAT UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANDSTANCES THEY HAD A RIGHT TO BE UNHAPPY OR SHORT WITH THE PUBLIC BUT IT WAS QUITE THE OPPOSITE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FREINDLY OR HELPFUL. THIS FEELING WAS THROUGH-OUT THE STORE.

THE TWO GIRLS IN THE CAMERA DEPARTMENT WERE MORE THAN PATIENT WITH ME WHEN I COULD NOT FIND THE FILM IN THE BOTTOM OF MY PURSE AND THEY TOO HAD A LINE. BUT ONCE AGAIN, SMILES AND HAPPINESS. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP FROM TWO OF THE CLERKS ON THE FLOOR DURING MY SHOPPING AND THEY TOO WERE MORE THAN EAGER TO HELP WITH THAT OR ANYTHING ELSE.

THIS IS MY LAST STOP, THE CHECK-OUT AND I MUST SAY I AM ANIXIOUS TO SEE IF THIS IS THE SAME KIND OF KINDNESS I HAVE EXPERENCE THROUGH OUT THE STORE WILL CONTINUE. IT WOULD BE A FIRST FOR ME IN MY 60 PLUS YEARS TO SPEND TWO HOURS IN ONE STORE AND NOT FIND AT LEAST ONE DISGRUNTLE EMPLOYEE. THE FIRST THING I WAS ASKED WAS IF I FOUND EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THEN MY PHONE NUMBER AND ZIP CODE. BEFORE I KNEW IT MY $70. PLUS BILL HAD GONE DOWN BY $20.56. HAD HE NOT BROUGHT UP MY REWARDS CARD I WOULD HAVE JUST LOST THAT MONEY AND PAID FULL PRICE. NEXT THING I KNOW, I AM SIGNING A TICKET FOR $55.54 AND BEING WISH A HAPPY HOLIDAY BY NOT ONLY MY CASHIER BUT THE CASHIER NEXT TO HIM ALSO. THIS WAS ONE EXTREMELY HAPPY CREW OR JUST MY LUCKY DAY BUT I DEALT DIRECTLY WITH 10 MOSES LAKE WALGREEN EMPLOYEES AND EACH AND EVERYONE WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE MY LIFE BETTER. THIS COULD BE A ONE TIME THING, BUT I DON'T THINK SO! EVERY EMPLOYEE AT THE MOSES LAKE STORE ON SATURDAY 20,2014, BETWEEN 2:15 PM AND 4:45 PM DESERVE A SPECIAL AWARE OR A CHRISTMAS BONUS. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SHOPPING DAY BARABLE

The lady at the counter is so nice to give you discount... just ask nicely.

Went in for the first time today (I finally had it with Rite Aid)To have everything transferred over and drop off a new Rx from the doctor. They were having trouble getting approval from my insurance co., also a new insurance company, not any fault of walgreens so I simply said that I would stop in tomorrow to pick it up, no big deal. By the time I arrived home there was already a message waiting for me letting me know that my Rx would be ready for pickup anytime after 6pm this evening. Above and beyond what was required of them to do.

For being a busy, big box pharmacy, they sure try hard to provide great customer service. Great staff and extremely short wait times (compared to Rite Aid). I love them.

I love the walgreens pharmacy. They are quick and easy to deal with and the drive through is awesome.
