Every trip is great, I have always liked our neighborhood store but the last few visits were above and beyond. A couple weeks ago i got my flu vaccine. The staff was more than quick, accommodating, communicative and professional. Joe was great w the injection ( needle phobia here and it was anxiety free) as well as his customer service/ "bedside manor". I forgot my insurance card and they were kind enough to call immediately and let me know.
Today I had an appointment for my covid vaccine booster. Once again friendly attentive and professional staff, excellent service and excellent injections from Joe. However I forgot my phone this time! The staff was quick to notice and answer to let my wife know they had my phone. Before I forgot my effects already great service butcher exceptional. Thanks to Joe and his coworkers! I appreciate you going above and beyond time and again!

Got my flu shot, was perfectly done, very professional. Customer service is always good. 👍👍👍

Surprised to read some of the recent reviews, I had a prescription sent here almost a year ago because of constant issues with Walgreens. The pharmacist Ive interacted with the most, Thuc, is fantastic. He’s followed up with doctors proactively when strength seemed off for our infant son, always gives context (take this with a probiotic), etc. I send everything here because of him.

I recently switched my RXs from the Kenmore Rite Aid to this Bartells and am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Rite Aid did nothing but hassle me and make me wait. They are so accommodating and friendly, never making me feel like I was a bother. Prices were comparable for my meds. Watch their ads - they have really great sales for all sorts of items!

My wife went in to the Bartells store on Finn hill to pickup some rx the other day, she had just visited the Dr. and was not doing well she was pretty woozy feeling, ready to pass out . The store manager took note of her actions and insisted that she leave her car and he himself drove her home.
A big Thank you is in order. What a great bunch of people were blessed with......

A quality business founded in the Seattle area. Never had a problem. It may not be the low prices of a Walmart, but if you boycott Walmart like I do and millions of others Americans too, then Bartells is great alternative with better quality than any drug store chain.

They delivered my prescription same day I needed it. Followed instructions and payment online was easy.

Friendly staff. Pay attention to prices, some are much better than QFC next door, some are not so good.

This is one of the smaller Bartell Drugs.

The pharmacy staff is slow. We set an appointment online for a flu shot, filled information as required right then so expected process to be quick as indicated in the website, got there on time, no line but still took 5 minutes for someone to attend to us and get our info.

Then was informed 5-7 minutes later that our insurance does not cover flu shot in their store so we immediately reply we will pay out of pocket. It then took them another 10 minutes to confirm and get our credit card swiped, and then 5 minutes more to get the actual shot. Almost 30 minutes for an appointment with pre filled information done online.

The pharmacists weren't very friendly and slow. There was no line and we still ended up wasting our 30 minutes of our time for a flu shot.

Not coming back here for the pharmacy services for sure.

The retail shop floor is good, wide enough aisles, well stocked shelves, brightly lit store. Interesting gift items that Bartells is known for. I would check it out again.
