All The Best Pet Care - Kenmore

Wow! I am adopting a new puppy tomorrow and went into All the Best in Kenmore. Kara took such good care of me! She was super knowledgeable about puppy food options, and helped me understand what might be best in terms of toys, chew items, and food options for my new baby dog. On top of that she sent me home with a full bag of samples, paperwork research, and even sweet carrot stuffed toy. If you are new to being a dog parent, I highly recommend visiting this store and working with Kara. Thank again! I am so grateful! ❤

The All the Best Pet Care staff at Kenmore is the best I’ve ever seen. I want to thank Jeff who always greets everyone who walks in with a smile! I would recommend any animal lover to walk in and experience what I do every time my fiancé and I (with our corgi’s) walk in. The love and knowledge this staff has with everything in their store is also a big plus.

I’ve has such great service at every ALL THE BEST locations but my favorite is the KENMORE location❤ Jeff is the manager there and he always knows my name when I shop - I love that! It makes me feel so welcome. The whole staff there are super knowledgeable and helpful - Christian is someone I see in the store regularly also and he’s been great about helping me with new products if I have questions. Kudos to this store - I highly recommend them👍🏻

This place is great. They really care about pets, and have made a tough week of caring for a sick cat a little easier by providing a friendly, easy shopping experience. It's a very convenient location, there's always someone who can answer the phone when I call in to check on stock of something, and they really know their products.

Also, it's genius to label the texture of wet cat food right on the shelf. Half the time I swear the label on the product doesn't tell you what to expect, and I have a very picky senior cat.

I went in on Sat 4/8/2023 needing doggie cookies for my fur babies then decided to go look at the frozen food for my 15 yr old Springer who has not been eating his regular food… I went and asked Christian about the food and asked what if my dog doesn’t like the food, both Christian and the manager Jeff said just tear of the label bring it back and we will give you your money back!!! I opened the food and tore off the label already thinking my dog was not going to eat it and I was going to have to go back to the store and get my money back, but how wrong I was he ate it and loved it!!! So today I will be going back to go get him some more!!!

I love Christian at all the best in Kenmore! Every time I go in he is happy, engaged with the customers and very helpful, I enjoy working with him and seek him out in the store when I come in as he educates me and knows what my pets enjoy! As a small business owner I appreciate the customer service he provides. I hope your company values him as much as we do.

This is my home base pet store, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team that works there!! I’ve only ever had very positive experiences going there, my fur babies are well taken care of when we go. Jeff and his team are amazing, and are highly competent at their jobs. On top of that, they’re just really cool people! Christian, Marissa, Jo, Tay, Ha’ani, and of course one of the resident dogs Hyphy are definitely people you need in your life. Any questions we’ve ever asked have been answered fully, and the energy is always warm and welcoming!! Make sure to stop in to see these wonderful people, and treat your pet to the best that they’ve got to offer.

I have to take a moment to say that I love all the best pets, and no matter where we live at any given time we still will take the extra trip and go to the kenmore location. Christian, Jess, Jess. And Paloma are just some of the most delightful, knowledgeable, compassionate people. They always remember us by name and that cannot be easy they remember pets they even know when our pets his birthdays are coming up and always are able to help us find the most lovely toys and gifts for them. They’ve saved us thousands of dollars and vet bills teaching us the difference between food grades that you will get at other stores. Even Petco‘s food grade is horrendous. Where we thought our dogs were allergic, we soon found out that was not the case just that they could not tolerate horrible additives and preservatives. They educated us on the quality of meats used in the foods here and just the process itself is so much more respectable for both the product and what it’s feeding a.k.a. our loved ones. recently, my harness that I was referred to by them after going through every single kind of harness, you can imagine for our reactive rescue, her getting loose is dangerous to her and other dogs mostly to her because she’s not prepared to fight but she will talk like she is. So we were recommended the wonder Walker and it is in the name I have referred people to it on a regular basis and this location just so you guys know, but it changed our lives. it doesn’t put pressure on their necks and it keeps my dog from feeling like she has to remain in the pull position. another thing that I was taught by these wonderful pet guardian angels at this location. Anyways, it has a great protection policy and after about a year and a half the stitching came loose so I gave them a call. They were able to find my purchase and directed me to come on in and utilize the service provided by the company and their personal policy which is just an amazing policy if I meet Seiu myself. As I tell people all the time these are expensive but you only have to buy them once, and that pays for itself. I just hope these guys have a wonderful holiday and if I was the employer, knowing what kind of staff we have in the world today please do us all a favor and retain their employment for as long as possible. Every visit is such a joyous one, and I learn something new every single time. We never get tired of old products we’re always being introduced to new things that we love more than the last.

It feels like gilding the lily to add another five-star review when they have so many, but this is a great business. The staff are always ready to offer help, but will also let you be to browse by yourself when you prefer. When I first came in for supplies for a dog I was about to pick up, they kindly gave me a cute little bag with a ton of treat samples and a little toy. They also give treat samples with regular purchases, which has been so helpful in finding out what my new dog prefers. It is pricey, but the important thing is that you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality products and knowledgeable and friendly service.

I do particularly want to mention my last visit, where one of the staff noticed my 4-year-old niece helping me pick out things for my dog and offered her a little stuffed pumpkin to give him, as well as showing her a cat with another staff member (I wish I knew their names, but it was two young ladies last Saturday). It was so thoughtful to do something nice for a child, and my niece was so happy.

Great experience at All the Best! The only store I go to for all my pet needs because they have the highest quality and the best staff. Tay and Christian were absolutely amazing and highly recommend talking to them about what you’re looking for!

Very friendly, smaller store with great selection. Christian was great at explaining options, as well as describing his pet’s experience with the products.

I absolutely love this particular location! I have been shopping here since I moved to Washington in 2019 and I'm so thankful to have such a wonderful local store with all my favorite pet products available. I used to work for a pet food and product company in California so my standards for products are pretty high and every item in the store meets or exceeds my expectations. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and they routinely offer advice and recommendations that are very useful. Jeff and Christian are actually the #1 reason we visit this store in particular; they are always welcoming and offer good conversations. They really care about our fur babies.

If you want to get the best products for your fur babies in a pleasant, welcoming environment with helpful staff, definitely come to this location.

Very nice employees, nice selection of merch, AND there's a canine dentist who rotates thru the various All the Best stores, cleans the dogs teeth without anesthesia, quickly, and at a great price!

We just stopped by to get some new toys for our kitties third birthday! They were so kind to us and had the best products as always! They also gave us some goodie bags that just made our day :) (Also anyone who doesn’t have a cat fountain needs to get one, we just set ours up and our cats are obsessed).

Thanks to Paloma, Christian, Ha'ani, and Marissa for the awesome customer service and the Magic in the Bowl Samples, my dog loved it! I love coming here because the staff is super friendly and are very generous with treats and samples!

Oh man, Jeff and this pet store is a real gem, I'm telling you! He's got this awesome personal touch that sets the place apart. You walk in, and he's there with a big smile, making you feel like you've been buddies for ages. And the guy knows his stuff! Seriously, if you got questions about pets, he's your go-to guy. Always got solid advice and the latest info to keep your furry pals happy and healthy.

But what really blows my mind is how much he cares about those animals. It's like they're his own fur babies or something! Whether it's cuddling a scaredy-cat or playing with a hyper pup, Jeff makes sure every critter feels safe and loved.

I love this shop! They always have my favorite pet foods and treats in stock, and my pets have loved the product recommendations from the friendly, helpful staff.
