It's been a long time since I've had a good shop to go to, and it just feels even better to know I'm spending money in my hometown AND getting great product and service.

They carry contemporary supplements that you should be looking out for if you're taking your lifting/fitness seriously - I just got some Redcon MRE protein and some Axe and Sledge pre-workout at a very good price.

The owner was there, and made sure to say hello and check on me even though he was pretty busy. Again, it just feels better than buying on Amazon for a (now permanent!) change.
