The first word that comes to my mind when I think of my experience with Kitchen & Bath Concepts is professionalism. Tina, John and Chris are wonderful to work with and the contractors they employ are top notch. I highly recommend their services.

A most professional, smooth and top shelf experience...from the initial sit down with Tina and Mark discussing design, colors, materials, and fixtures, to the execution of my Master Bath. The work was done in a timely manner as promised. I applaud the pride in workmanship, attention to every detail and the team making sure I was 100% completely satisfied with the result. And the care they took in keeping all surrounding areas protected and clean. Many thanks to Kevin, Joe, Glen, Billy and Rich. These people put their heart and soul into my bathroom. Truly. We had this company redo our master bathroom. There was no hurry, we ordered everything 6 months in advance. It was all ready in place and they were still very late in completion. There were also 2 leaks because they took short cuts when they installed the base of the shower. The resulting leaks destroyed the kitchen ceiling on the first floor. After many calls and excuses, they fixed it. 1 year plus later, the ceiling in my kitchen is incomplete after many calls and repeated discussions with the owner and his daughter, we have resorted to going through the homeowners insurance to have it completed. I would not recommend this company. Update. The shower is still leaking and has destroyed the first floor ceiling again.

We had a full bathroom remodel done. Quality of work was horrible. Tile in shower needed to be replaced. Marble sink countertop was very poorly cut. Installed a chipped mirror. The tub leaked into ceiling.
Owner claimed he would personally oversee work daily which didnt happen. Beware.
Nightmare from start to finish.
