Nick set her up with a new phone, case, screen protector, transferred all her contacts and photos from old phone AND ended up saving us both money by adding her to my existing account. There is no words to describe the extraordinary customer service we are consistently provided with at this location! Abe went above and beyond in assisting my family. We originally came in trying to switch a phone and cancel one of our lines. After Abe informed us about the EBB program he was able to get us quickly accepted and enrolled in the savings program bringing my bill from 125$ a month down to 75$! I highly advice anyone to come visit this location! Staff here is extremely helpful and always inform you of deals and savings!

My parents live out in Hillsboro and I live in West Chester, today when their phone completely died, I was unable to drive out to help them get a new phone. Nick helped me to find a perfect choice for my parents over the phone and made it easy for me to pay for it via PayPal. He also took the time to set everything up for them, as they are older and not too tech savvy. About a week ago me and my wife got an upgrade on our phone, it was the start of run and we had it for a little over 3 months. And we went in there about 40 minutes to close. And in my honest opinion I have never received such help when purchasing a phone or anything. The guy was incredibly helpful he saved me money very friendly very attentive to our needs was able to help us quickly find what we was looking for for the right price. I have to say that was the best experience I've ever had at a phone store and it was all thanks to the help we received he has my respect and a quality review

Shannon Hickman is the best rep I have encountered at Cricket in Hillsboro. She literally took her time to help me call and get grogram set up to save money. Store was very busy yet she took her time just for me. I appreciate reps like her and definitely look forward to staying with Cricket now.

Abe is the best customer service representative. My brother needed help getting a new phone and service off of straight talk.
Abe quickly got him set up, synchronized his contacts and a new phone in about a half hour.
Since I was in the store, he helped me find a phone cover too.

My daughter came into the Hillsboro store today and spoke with a female named manar I believe and she was amazing was very patient and dealt with several customers at once she definitely knew what she was doing and could handle the pressure my daughter is very happy with her phone and Manar helped us get it cheap and good deals my daughter can now spend her free time watching HBO movies in her room! She definitely raise in her paycheck she was fantastic! Thank you

I could not be more pleased with my service or this location. Everyone I've worked with always goes above and beyond in asisting their customers. I came in today because I jumped in my pool with my phone in my pocket. Abe was able to assist me in getting a new phone and even recovering my old Google account and information. I highly reccomend everyone to switch to cricket or at least visit this location because you will not find a better service I promise!

The GM was very helpful, kind and curtious. He even stayed late to ensure I would have my old phone number established with my new account. I am very greatful for the service he provided on his own time.
