Very nice employee helped us out, didn't have the donut I asked for but was happy to help me out with what they did have.

Update May 2023. This location and the employees working today when above and beyond. They are able to accommodate a large order accurately and timely. I really appreciate the employees and there dedication to doing a great job! Thank you.

Awesome!! And, I got 1$ off gas per gallon. Filled my empty tank up costing 18$ rather then 35-40$

i go through here at least 10 times a week and every single time without fail my drink is absolutely scrumptious. i’m talking lip smacking, almost devour the cup it comes in because i don’t want it to be over kind of scrumptious. and don’t even get me started on the staff. so kind, quick and respectful. i’ve grown a bond with them because of how sweet they are. i even added some of them to my will because of how much they really changed my life. best place on earth, couldn’t recommend enough.

Staff was friendly and efficient! I had an issue with my gift card and the manager was able to fix the issue right away. She was super polite and apologetic. Don’t see that often anymore. Will definitely come back.

They were quick on service. They hey understood what I wanted. The price was reasonable given all the changes in fast food.

My daughter had to put down her bearded dragon today and Trent gave Abbi her order for free and a few donuts too! It's nice to see young people caring for others! Thank you so much Trent!

This location has the best customer service in the area. The staff members are wonderful and I always have a pleasant experience at the drive-thru.

I go to Dunkin almost daily! Staff is fairly friendly! Dana is the best employee by far, he is friendly and make sure you aren't waiting for your food or drinks. Definitely recommend the Dunkin in Lansing!
