The UPS Store

I called to schedule a live scan appointment for my new job. A really friendly associate answered and was super helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me schedule an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. I really appreciate it. I wish I would have known his name. This was at 4:23 pm on May 29th. Thanks for all your hard work and support even when the store is busy!

Customer service and professionalism was exemplary.. I was in the store with a huge problem and the store was packed. Your staff treated each customer as if they were extremely important and were able to help everyone quickly with a big hello and a welcome and a smile! Danielle was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Great customer service.

This UPS Store has been very vital to the success of my business. I love going to this store because of the crew and the overall feeling of care and support for what I do. Today, Roger and Danielle (Store #5027) helped me with my shipment for my customer. They are efficient and professional in how they helped me. They’ve always been so exceptional at their work and have always helped me and everyone fairly and ourstandingly. I will always choose this store for my shipping and office needs.

Manager Danielle ( spelling?) is simply amazing in her ability to keep things simple and straightforward while dealing with a complex crowd. She explains things in a way that makes sense and is able to help you feel comfortable. Great job and thank goodness for her work.

Brittany and Danielle out of their way to help me with a big bulky box. I was really struggling. They were so kind. I come here quiet a bit with amazon returns. And other parcel needs. The staff here is exceptional. They make everything. Easy and effortless. They are very knowledgeable. I come to this location, when other locations are closer because of the customer service here.

Lisa (Manager) has assisted me on more than one occasion when it’s been busy and is always happy, smiling, and so helpful. I thanked her and told her this in person, but want to make sure her bosses know. I haven’t had any negative experiences with this store or staff…Kudos Lisa and team!

Danielle went above and beyond to make sure my overnight package made it onto the truck even though I walked in right at the cutoff time. She saved me from having to spend significantly more money and an entire day to drive the package to where it was going. Thank you Danielle for being so amazing and giving me my Saturday!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Brooklyn at store # 5027 is an absolute delight and is very engaging, and proud of her job and colleagues.

I was greeted with a smile and shown professionalism from a young woman named Hannah. As I tried to retrieve my shipping information from my email. I observed Ms.Hannah help seven (7) customers with different shipping needs. She did all this without the aid of a helper. Infact she may have been there alone doing the work of at least three (3) employees I would figure. Everything about my transaction was really simple. Good little business you have there.

Every time I go into this store, the service is impeccable and the employees are always welcoming and nice. Today, Brooklyn waited on me and she was kind, conversational and complimentary. Thank you!!

Danielle helped me and she is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable and calm under pressure. She cares about protecting items and I really enjoyed my experience.

We came in to get documents notarized knowing it was going to take a minute. We had Danielle and she was amazing. Signing documents is never fun but she made it fun. Talking and just being friendly overall.

Brooklyn has great people skills, and she has a bright, joyful spirit.
And, although she’s a fairly new employee, she
handled my business adequately.

The customer service! Susan helped me this last week a couple of times. She is the nicest, most helpful associate. She's always smiling, very professional, and amazing at her job. The line was long when I entered but it went by very quickly. I had questions and she answered them all. I've done Amazon returns at this store and shipping my boxes out. She let me know about the store being able to pack things for you. She really had a lot of information that was easy to understand. Susan is what males menlove this UPS store. The other associates are also very kind. Susan was also so very kind to my toddler daughter while being very swift and quick with the transactions. Thankyou Susan. You ARE the definition of OUTSTANDING customer service.

The service that the clerk Lisa provided was excellent. She explained everything, helped out with packaging, and gave professional, courteous, and polite service.

All the workers had amazing attitudes and attended everybody in a timely matter despite how busy the store was. They managed to give everybody the same service which was super friendly. Hannah was spectacular!!

The staff at the Beaumont CA location are the best. I live 30 mins from this location and even though I have a ups store literally 1 mile from my house I only use the Beaumont location and I'm in there at least 3-4 times a week. The atmosphere is just different there, they are very welcoming and friendly. I drop off on average 6-7 packages on each visit and they are very patient and never get annoyed. I've never had a negative experience there. They always have smiles on thier faces. Keep up the A+ service guys !!

I must say this store was so kind and took great care of my grandmother who needed a notary for some things that are important. When we got there this young lady (I did not catch her name) was so nice and helpful. We did have an appointment which was really easy to get. She signed us in and immediately ran and got this young lady name Lisa who was really kind and fun to talk to made sure to help out with what all my grandma needed and put a smile on her face and Lisa was happy to do it even though it was late in the day. I would say if you need a notary or anything ups can handle this store truly does go up and beyond for their customers. Thank you Lisa and staff.
