Michael was awesome ! It was late, and I had just gotten off of work, and it also happened to be my daughter’s 15th birthday…. I was stressed.. and was thinking about where I might find a last minute cake.

Michael who typically works the meat counter was washing equipment in the back. And saw that I needed assistance. He openly admitted to being “a little” unfamiliar with the cake/pastry department. But was optimistic, and assured me that I would get taken care of.

After just a few moments he had his gloves on and was ready to assist. He helped me choose a cake for my daughter that ultimately made her night. And I couldn’t have been more happy. (And the cake was delicious !) Thank you 🙏!

I went in today to buy some groceries with my kids. The cashier by the name of Natalyn and her partner made our shopping experience amazing and fun. Excellent customer service!!! Will definitely continue shopping at store #173.

Alicia is phenomenal! She always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is. She puts the A in astounding customer service!

Newer Stater Bros in Cherry Valley.. OMG, I'm impressed with this store.. Shopped a Staters Store in Corona for 50+ years.. Moved to Cherry Valley today and walked into the local store and was BLOWN AWAY.. Excellent selection, friendly people working there, clean to a fault.. Will be shopping there, no doubt...

This is our go to grocery store for last minute items.
Employees are always nice and helpful when we ask for a location of an item.
Always well stocked unlike a few other stores in the area.
Hours are perfect when you just need to run to the store for eggs.
It's not super busy but the parking lot is always full.
I'll return because it's convenient! !
Never had an unpleasant experience!
I also like the convenience of the register at the deli to pay for drinks and hot foods!

Super friendly staff, and they are very quick to bring out my groceries when I order pickup

Staters is great about fair pricing. I bought an aluminum baking pan,a disposable kind,and apparently the one I picked was in the wrong stack,and the wrong price. When I told the cashier Wendy,she checked the price and went and gave me price I thought it said. Now days it's the little things that matter. I've been a staters customer since the 80's,and I appreciate the great customer service and cleanliness of all the staters I shop in.

Jeannette sandwich department is so wonderful, I really appreciate her and she is the nicest person. The staff are so nice, women are excellent and very courteous, Stater Brothers have a very group of nice people in the meat department, very nice.

Good selection, good people working, easy to get in and out of parking lot. A standard Stater Bros. experience.

The best choice in the area with the best products maybe not with the best prices

This market is always clean and the associates are friendly and helpful. Seeing the same people working there tells me they are satisfied with their jobs. Also seeing managers man a register when lines are long tells me a lot about respect for their associates and clients.

Love I can find things that I can actually eat because of excessive allergies I found where I can shop for my food and finally can eat and not miss out on things I loved.

Since 1970 I have been going to Stater Brothers, I raise my children going to your Market. Love the prices. Very Polite, even with this pandemic, but one thing and it’s not Stater Brothers fault, the cost of living, prices have gone up. But S.B’s try’s to keep prices at a reasonable and fair price. Thank You so much….🛒

Fine place to buy groceries, get a meal in store to take home or get a pizza at Dominos or grab a sandwich at Subway.

Better prices here than at my Stater Bros. In Oceanside

I just love going in here. I love that they can season the meat for you, and I love the shrimp ceviche. It's so good!!!
