Very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly well stocked. Lots of hard to find items and if they don't have something they can usually order it. They have also referred me to places where I can get what I'm looking for. True customer service.
Their appliance store next door is top notch as well if you are shopping for new appliances or in need of parts or repairs.

We ordered a refrigerator and due to delivery slow downs, it did not arrive in time to move in to our new home. Manweiler offered another temporary refrigerator and delivered it on the day we moved in to our new home until the one we purchased arrived. This is above and beyond good customer service and why we try to shop local anytime we can.

I've only lived in Windsor for 5 months and already I love this hardware store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They give good advice and have a fantastic selection of items for a smaller hardware store. I like to give my business to a local entity--especially if they have great customer service. I've been to big-box hardware stores and staff are too busy to even stop and ask if you need help. You practically have to force an interruption to get someone's attention and then they often have no clue where something is located. I'll stick with Manweiler's, thanks!

Great, old school, main Street hardware store. The owners are very helpful. If you can't find something in the store they will do their best to get it for you.

I have re-keyed several door locks, fixed bbq, purchased plumbing supplies. Manweiler staff has always been very attentive and helpful. Especially for the re-keying he was quite experienced.
