The staff was real nice. I needed someone to get a box off the top self the young lady was polite and help me as soon as I ask. Good invertory.

I chose this rating because finding nice shoes that are affordable and in my size (13) is usually hard, but it proved to be an easy process here.

They carry all major brands. Price on shoes I bought was the same as Amazon price

They double charged me and I have been fighting for going on 3 freaking days to get a refund. I have my receipt etc worst experience ever and it was my first time here. The worst part is I'm a perks member! They fixed this efficiently once verified!

Store was very well put together. Staff was very informative, and courteous.

Friendly workers. Always has pretty good sales. And the rewards program is nice too. I usually go to Shoe Carnival rather than Shoe Show

Employees were helpful, selection was decent, regular prices are fair and some hot deals too. Clearance sections are smartly displayed for easy scouting the selection in your size. Go to their website before checkout for coupons.

I came in it 15 TIL close. I needed a all white pair of the CARINA Platform pumas. It said they weren't in stock online. I took my chance & drpve it there and "low & behold"....they had my size in stock!!! The cashier gave great customer service, even suggesting the $10 or $15 coupon off my total! I love my local SHOE CARNIVAL! 95% Of the time they have exactly what i need!👍🏾🙏🏽😄❤💙

Extremely helpful, great prices, accommodating staff! The young man working the counter not only was adamant but also showed us how to save money and where to find coupons and discounts. Couldn't be happier!

I love it here I got my work shoes for the past two locations I had to work at here. Both sets of shoes were right at what they promised not to mention the phenomenal deals that you get included I ended up getting a free pair of shoes last time and I saved more than double the money on this current pair of shoes! If you're willing to spend over 60 bucks I highly recommend this location there is a high chance for a walk out with a free pair of shoes or a pair of shoes close to nothing in cost.

This was my first time shopping at Shoe Carnival at The Pinnacle, and it was a pleasant experience. The sales lady greeted my wife and I the moment we walked in the door, which is always nice. Shoes I wanted were easy to find; men's on the left and lady's on the right. I found what I was looking for and the buy 1 get 2nd pair half price seems like a good deal. When I went to pay for my 2 pairs of shoes, I had to wait quite a while in line, but I can't blame the sales lady for that. They should have had another register open. There were other employees working. Seems like one of them could have helped at checkout.
However, still a very favorable experience.

I absolutely love this store! The customer service has always been spot on. I only wish I could respond to other post about returns. People are unbelievable!! Lady- I have never had any trouble returning or exchanging my shoes at any Shoe Carnival because I follow their rules!!! You should try it out sometime. Sheesh! You want them to take your shoes back but then you complain about them reselling shoes. Get out of town!!! This staff is amazing!!!

My husband and I got a new pair of shoes and since we were already buying the one for each the sale price let us both get two more pairs of shoes for the each of us. We are so excited for the opportunity to get more. We're both shoe lover's and getting four for the price of the two is always awesome

The store layout makes it easy to find stuff. I do I d what I was looking for right away, and found a pair of shoes. The lady at checkout was very nice. It was w good visit.

Nice selection awesome employees double checked and made sure thankfully the shoes matched cause one of mine had 2 different sizes and they caught it so kudos to them

Since opening I've bought every pair of shoes here, good pricing and always have a 50% off a second pair sale going on, but most shoe stores do... I prefer the selection, quality and pricing here over the others in the area

Very clean store & organized in such a way that it's very easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful and polite! They help you figure out what size you or your child needs, you know how hard it is to figure out kids' shoe sizes lol! And they have a Shoe Perks program, free to join, points never expire & you get a $10gc for every 200 points you accumulate! Shoe Carnival is definitely my favorite shoe store! I wish I had known about them sooner! Oh, and if they don't have the size you need, they'll order them for you, free delivery to the store, too!

Shoe Carnival is a really top drawer shoe store. Great values! And they actually had employees to assist us.
