This store is always clean! Clothes are on the hangers, everything's in the right place. The staff is friendly and helpful. The clothes are beautiful and the prices are the best.

I love Marshalls, I shop there all the time. Having recently moved to the area of Central Massachusetts, I am unfamiliar with the Marshalls around here. I stopped by the location in Athol, MA. I’m so glad I did! This is literally the most beautiful Marshalls I’ve ever seen :) it’s perfectly clean, perfectly organized, fantastic accessibility of product, excellent selection, and truly wonderful prices. It seems as if this marshals offers the best value of any I’ve visited, on top of all the other noteworthy superlatives I mentioned. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very patient with my furniture purchase at the end of the evening. I would recommend this Marshalls to anyone that’s able to get here, you absolutely won’t be disappointed! Bravo!

Wonderful customer service from everyone! Just moved to the area and my first visit was so pleasant. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Sonja was so sweet and patient with me. She helped me so much! I’ve never had such wonderful treatment from a retail store. I look forward to my next visit!

Love it here!! My wife found a beautiful dress for herself and clothing for my three children! We even found stuff for my pets!

Love this store never been until a few months ago and amazed at what you can find. They literally have just about everything someone might be looking for. The prices make you do a double check in a good way. Bought many things from this store.

Everyone at this marshall is extremely kind. They were patient as I look for many items. I especially wanted to think Kristina/Cassidy/and Nadi. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and more! They turned what would’ve been an hour shopping trip into 20 minute. I couldn’t think them more!!!

Was able to find,plus sizes for women and I was happy to see they had a good selection in shirts for a 2x.. and pants that actually fit me hips. I was also happy they had a very good selection of keto and low carb items..

Very nice selection of clothing for the whole family and a wide range of home items all at modest prices. We love to browse here because the store feels like a boutique. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff, too!

I want to take a moment to share my experience of shopping at this store for the first time since the whole covid thing began...I went in on this past Sunday, I was pleasantly greeted by a worker who handed me a freshly sanitized cart, which gave me a very comfortable feeling that they actually cared about their customer. The store was clean and neat and being busily shopped and worked...when I cashed out I was welcomed to a counter that was just cleaned after the customer before me..The cashier was pleasant and you could tell smiley behind the mask on her face. Once she was finished with me and exchanged pleasantries to have a nice day she once again began cleaning her counter before taking the next customer in line. I have to say I feel very good about this experience and couldn't help thinking to myself it really has to be a great place to work, they really have it together. In times like these you begin to seriously think about the places you work and shop and every place you go . Great job Marshall of Athol be proud of your appearance you are in every way doing a great job and all should be told

Since Marshall's came in, all of my clothes and half my decor have come from there. They always have great deals on really cute items and the people who work there are also always really nice.

Great variety, and great prices! Only came in to look and left with 4 pairs of exercise shorts and 2 sports bras, all for $28.

Always great selection and great deals. I found a little bit of everything from food and pantry staples and snacks to bubbles for the kids 😁

Terrific choices of different clothing and styles. And you can't beat the prices we found exactly what we were looking for and spent less than half the money we were expecting.
